The accomodation itself is very nice, but surrounding is a little bit meh, specially if the weather isn't super sunny. Rooms are cool, breakfast is great. Just don't come last minute cause they're not refilling it, what is there from the beginning is all it is (maybe it was only the case because it was out of season)

Location is a bit problematic if you don't have a car. Buses are on the call! So be sure to call if you want to use them 😁 there was one girl at the reception that was very nice and helpful, but all others were kind of giving the feeling that we're bothering them cause we want to check in or know where the restaurant is 🙈

We enjoyed our stay at the Romantik Hotel Schloss Reichenow. The hotel, resembling a castle, is situated in a picturesque location near a lake. It's a beautifully renovated castle offering spacious and clean rooms. The staff were fine, and the pricing was affordable. While we didn't use the sauna and fitness facilities, they were available. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, surpassing what we had seen in photos from other reviewers. I regret not taking photos of the diverse breakfast offerings myself.

There are hardly any negatives to mention. The only suggestion I have is to add a refrigerator to each room as a standard. It seems necessary, especially for families with children. Additionally, a kettle in the rooms would be a convenient addition, again, necessary for families with kids. Aside from these minor points, everything else was fantastic!

Very comfy beds! Quite place - only singing birds and nice nature. Very good personal! Good swimming lake. Safe parking. Perfect breakfast! And overall to sray inside castle is interesting expirience.

Hot at summer on the second floor (203 room), no air conditioning. No still water in the room - we and kids, for example,don't drink carbonated. Only 2 big towels for 2 adults and 2 kids and only 1 toothbrush for all - I think that for sure they will give it for us if we ask, but for 4-star hotel it shouldn't be applicable.

- No fridge in room - Floor made of old wooden bars, make noise on steps. - Confuse hotel restaurant schedule. Tuesday hotel restaurant closed, Wednesday no lunch. Because the hotel is far away from the city, so we have some struggle to get food during the off time of the hotel restaurant.

The location is perfect. It is a real castle! The room was very good and comfortable. It was very clean and romantic)) The territory around is also wonderful! A lake for walks, perfect views from every corner of the hotel territory. And the view from my room was also just as in a picture!)

It's a nicely maintained chateau with a decent accomodation. Some fantastic breakfast on the terrace is the highlight and makes up for the fact this hotel is in a middle of nowhere.

Wifi has it's issues. The restaurant closes a bit early (at 10pm), but it's still great given, the hotel is in a remote location.

Great room, dream location, quiet, romantic, stylish, not stuffy, great kitchen, super helpful staff, .... you name it

One small point: Set breakfast, no buffet because there were only a few guests. This is fine, but it would be much nicer if they would ask what people want, e.g., vegetarian, no cake, or jam only, rather than putting the same for everybody so that food gets thrown away.

It is a bit far from the highway, but it is placed in a very beautiful location. Great rooms.
