Clean rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Especially the staff who promptly assisted us with the bathroom drainage that was clogged. The breakfast was good.

The lighting in the room was too dim. I hope there will be more western variety for breakfast.

We came as a family of 6, with 6 kids of age 8,5 and 2. They upgraded us to a premiere suite which was very convenient and spacious. Staff was very friendly with kids and helped a lot when needed. Breakfast was offering a variety of savoury and sweet options. Could improve in the beverage section, with a coffee machine that provides more options than just americano.

We stayed in this hotel as my husband was attending a conference. As much as I liked the staff and room, I would not necessarily recommend it for a family with young kids. It is mostly a business hotel with no playgrounds or things to do with kids within the facility. The swimming pool area, though nice on paper, needs a little renovation, in my opinion. Changing room and shower are really old/outdated, tiles missing, rust here and there.

Lobby area comfortable,nice and having lot of space to rest, room comfortable, staff helpfull and friendly.

Not proper cleaning inside the fridge cause having lefted water bottle from guest before.room having a bit smell -bau kepam not sure from karpet atau perabot lama ( maybe can ask staff to spray refresher after make/ prepared the room) .access card were given one only, i need to ask my husband to go downstair and get another access card because if one of family members go out from room and bring access card, the room will shutdown/off.then stair beside pool area.. it look creepy( i think it not use right? Cause i see the door closed below the stair) u can see from room area😅 maybe you can ask staff to paint and clean in properly or put pot of flower

Spacious room

Food is cheap in the coffee house,so we decided to get our lunch here instead of going out They let us do an early check in since i removed myself from our previous stay Breakfast is ample with good food The room is spacious,got upgraded. Clean and good smelling room with squeaky clean bathroom The staffs are welcoming and always smiling and polite Wifi is super fast

I love melaka but somehow melaka isn't a place to go shopping. The pool is quite small for kids to have fun,but it's a no biggie

The rooms were astounding with ample space to move around. In terms of breakfast is was fulfilling with varieties of food to choose from right from the local cuisines to the western. The foyer for the guest was befitting for hotel guest and let's not forget the ample parking space for hotel guest and other patrons coming by.

Well basically there is not much thing that is not to our liking. Maybe in terms of places to visit maybe a little bit of course but not a major issue actually cause you've got Aeon Shopping Mall just close by the said hotel.

The buffet breakfast was yummy. The room was spacious and comfortable. An instagrammable hotel.

The bed and pillow was stinking. The bathroom tiles has something growing. Need more attention on cleaning. Adding some fragrance in room could be makw the room smell good.

Friendly staff

They deducted the entire amount of my stay two days before my arrival which was quite out of line. You should take this up with the management and also let me know why they did this.

The staffs are very friendly and attentive. The room is spacious, clean and nice. They have a very comfortable bed and pillow that I sleep like a baby.

There are some lingering smell from the smoking in the room which could be form the previous guest. The staff tried to put some air freshener but the smell is still there. Another thing is the lighting in the room... is quite dim due to the warm light. It would be much better if they can have a brighter light.
