Nice quiet area-convenient-close to many stores & food places.

Breakfast ended too early but it started early also I guess due to workers. Equipment should be checked after every customer checks out to see if everything is still in working order. My heater didn’t give me warm air to warm up my room after the air conditioning was so cold in the summer. They gave me an electric heater that did do the job. The water pressure I noticed is low I’m finding out is terrible in most these hotels. Hard to take a good shower with such low pressure & the face bowl was even worst. Some people don’t report problems but they should so the facility will know.

I did not get up early enough for breakfast.

Because I arrived so late, I was told I could stay 2 hours after check-out time. However, someone started banging on my door at check-out time. This really surprised me because everything else had gone so well and the gentleman who said I could stay longer had been so nice. However, the person who checked me out, did apologize and say they needed to get the room cleaned prior to the maintenance person leaving. However, the staff needs to communicate changes to each other.

Coffee anytime was great for us who drink coffee anytime. Service was great. Will come again. The manager was fabulous, I thanked him personally for cleaning the pool himself, so my granddaughter could swim. Gob Bless him.

The parking lot entrance sign could have been larger or more visible. Myself and others missed it and had to go back around and really look carefully, but only the first time

Everything! The staff, from the pretty lady at checkin to the sweet lady that runs the breakfast to the kindest housekeeping staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!

the floor in the disability room bathroom is soooooo slick I fell. It’s the material it’s made of because the room itself was extremely clean it had nothing to do with the staff. The disabled room was for my father, so luckily it was me that fell but it’s dangerous when wet.

The breakfast was awesome. The staff was epic. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely book here again the next time I’m in Lake Charles.

The elevator had complications, but didn’t last long it started working immediately within 24 hours.

Check in was very quick and staff was wonderful and very helpful with ideas on local restaurants in the area. Room was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable! Room was very clean and had 0 compliments! I will be staying here again!

Everything was great!

I'm originally from Lake Charles . Plus my grandparents and family members graves are right behind this hotel. Great stay

Better selection of breakfast

The smell of pinesole when entering the building. my first time ever smelling pine-sole at a hotel lol. But it was phenomenal to me because I’m a pinesole phonetic

housekeeper knock didn’t wait for a response before entering to deliver requested towels, also not having pillows to accommodate sofa bad and blankets with cigarettes holes

It was clean staff was very friendly and helpful

the entrance was hard to find because of the grown up property in front of it. the entrance was also very narrow. vehicles entering and exiting at same time was difficult with the available space.
