Excellent breakfast for a low budget hotel in the center of Munich. No frills and the rooms are old and in need of renovations but everything is functional. However, they make up for that with a wonderful lobby where I was able to have my online meetings for work and the best breakfast I have had in my travels over the last month through France and Southern Germany. The staff is very accommodating and ready to cater to your needs. The location is a few minutes from the main attractions by walking and it the train station is just across the street A youth hostel backs up to this property but they settle down by 11PM. Ask for a room on the street side if that would bother you. I hope to stay here again next time I am in town.

They could be better about checking the room for minor repairs before arrivals. My room had an air vent cover that was broke and kept falling out of the bathroom door. I was afraid they would try to charge me for it. I alerted them and they were aware already. I took the vent out of the bathroom door as it was annoying to constantly replace it and my kids kept kicking it after it fell out.

We got an amazing rate for a night coming back from Strasbourg and it was amazing. The staff was very polite and helpful and explained us how everything works. The next day we were very surprised to see an amazing breakfast, there was a big selection of fruits, all kinds of cereals, salmon, different eggs, etc. It was more like a 4-star standard. The staff was always putting an extra effort to clean after the customers and arrange new tables. There is plenty of parking in the street as well as in the property.

Superb location to stay for the price ! Enjoyed the breakfast buffet as there were many choices & coffee was amazing :) Located in a very nice & serene neighborhood where the bus station is just a 3 mins walk away. Staff were super friendly and hotel is clean overall. Our room had a fan which was pretty pleasant and heated bathroom floors in the toilet. 10/10 would come back again :)

The fridge was not working but was fine for us since we didn't use it.

Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Room comfortable, well appointed and clean.

No guide to popular tv channels, no kettle in bedroom as advertised though one was provided when asked for at reception. Limited parking on site when busy.

Our car broke down and all of the employees of the Hotel were very helpful and kind. Even due to the fact of the high demand of the hotel they managed to provide me and my family on short notice accomodations and help

We stayed overnight accompanied by two little kids. We booked a "family room" but upon arrival (late night) there was no such room available. The receptionist offered us for the same price two separate rooms but with two small kids, that wasn't really an option for us. So we decided to just take two extra beds in our room. We got 50% discount and were very pleased with the friendliness of the receptionist. The breakfast was excellent and they staff refilled generously even just before closing! Parking was free which was quite exceptional in the area but the location of the hotel a bit far from downtown to just walk to the center. So we needed the car after all. Great stay, highly recommended. I would book again!

We've stayed here for one night as pause in long route and for this purpose is it ideal - near highway, with good price and really delicious breakfast in price. Check-in and out was without problem. Calm locality with supermarket few meters away.

Breakfasts are only till 9:00. Locality is calm, but to city center is better use car or public transport.

For this price we had a very good stay, especially when you go as a big family. Beds are comfy, environment is silent, check out at 12 is simply perfect and the breakfast is great.

Water pressure in shower was very low. We did not really appreciate the concept of see-through toilet, wish we had a choice.

The rooms are OK The parking was good in front of hotel, and breakfast is ok plenty chose

On night time was hot no ac, need to open window for coling down the temperatures, I suggest to improve the pillow

I stayed for one night and I enjoyed the excellent breakfast on the balcony. Also the hotel offers free parking and reliable Internet. There is a nearby restaurant called “Fuenf”, which serves good food.
