The staff was so incredibly friendly and nice, all of them. The lady from the reception area lent us an umbrella and when we forgot it at a bar, she called herself the bar to retrieve it. We needed one more night after partying and even though we called in from the room well after check-out time, she booked us in for another night no questions asked. Breakfast was nice, no set price, only what you order, and again very friendly. Also very well located, two steps from the city center. The lady from reception gave us a map where she indicated several restaurants. Comfortable room and beds.

we stayed in a Junior Suite and it was excellent. Jaume went out of his way to help and spoke excellent English.

A very minor point: There were no rails to dry the bath towels, only hooks, so the towels did not dry very well.

The hotel is very close to the centre and the river, easy to reach. The room is comfortable and spacious and if you don't need minibar/fridge it is like a three star hotel. We tried the restaurant for a breakfast from the carta, it was nice and enough.

For us the mattress is a bit soft and sometimes the tv channels were noisy. If you are sensitive to the noise of neighbours use earplugs because the walls are thin.

A warm, friendly and enormously helpful reception. The entire hotel is obviously new or recently decorated and the furniture and all installations are of a very high standard. The location couldn’t be better, only five minutes away from the monastery and the main square (even if you walk slowly), but quietly situated on the other side of the river. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ripoll or just passing through.

Excellent. Exceeded my expectations to be honest, with really nice rooms and public areas. Price very good value. Well located. Staff were very helpful. Parking was good for motorbikes, under cover, not so sure about cars as it seemed tight for cars. I would definitely go back.

Rooms very small and no lobby to hang out in to get some extra “space”….also no coffee service in the room. Was a challenge when one of us is an earlier riser than the other

Appealing, clean and comfortable room. Parking directly in front of the hotel and alongside the police station a bonus. Appreciated the elevator for our baggage. Most importantly we had the nicest and most helpful receptionist who made us feel so welcome as visitors. Would recommend and stay again.

Entry to the top road on which the hotel is situated, from the main road, was tricky for our GPS and us.

Finding the property is an absolute nightmare!! Very poor signs and the entrance looks like a housing estimate. Definitely not a hotel entrance. I also payed for the “traditional” breakfast which was €12, instead of €9 for the continental because I thought it was different. It is not! And no self-service for tea of coffee.

Great staff i felt i am very well come from 1st sep, they provide all the assistance and direction, moreover The Air condition, it was great night with real air conditions
