The staff were absolutely wonderful. Special shout-out to Christina that runs the kids club. We saw her most days to help entertain our 3-year-old, especially on days where it wasn't really possible to visit the pool or beach. She thought up a lot of fun little activities for the kids to do. While we were there, they were just gearing up for the season, and should have a bigger selection of things to do shortly. The wifi across the whole facility was good, and mobile signal filled in when outside of the complex - no deadzones noticed. The TVs provided in the room were Android TVs, which was great for us as we could load up YouTube for some music or videos. The curtains in the bedroom did a good job of blacking out the light, so our 3-year-old was able to sleep well.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are serves at fixed times, 08:00-10:00, 13:00-14:30 and 19:00-21:00, which was a little late for us. The kids disco was also held at a later time, great for the older kids, but not so much for the younger ones that are used to eating earlier.

Great location - in the middle of pine trees. Comfortable beds and room, and basic but usable kitchen. Close to the nice beach and couple of supermarkets and restaurants. Amazing and very helpful staff throughout.

The noise from the entertainment in the evening until 11pm was quite loud and shocking. From the 10th day onwards we had invasion of ants, but the staff dealt with them very quickly

Very polite and helpful staff. Good sized rooms with a big balcony, a small kitchen and a good bathroom. The hotel is very unique as it's full of trees all around, so it has a very natural feeling. The beach is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel through a beautiful path. The Son Parc beach is really beautiful with turquoise water. Ping pong tables in the middle of the trees. Decent sized swimming pool also in the middle of trees. Mini golf course with 18 courses, again merged in the natural environment with trees all around.

The vegetarian options in the restaurant for dinner are very very limited. Although at our request some vegetarian option (usually grilled vegetables) were prepared just for us and served to us on the table. The kitchen did not have any cleaning products, so we had to buy them as we cooked.

The swimming pools with big trees. The beautiful road walking 3min to the beach. Super place to stay with childrens.

I prefere the sound and music of the activities lower.

Great location. Only 30 minutes drive to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Apartment cleaned every day with fresh towels. Excellent buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice. Short walk to a beautiful, sandy, child friendly beach. Clean pool with plenty of sun beds. Entertainment every evening. On-site, well-stocked supermarket.

Marble edge to the pool can be slippy, particularly for children. Child splash area not in operation.

We loved that place and enjoyed every minutes with my family. Great location beside beautiful beach with lovely decking pathway to it. Sol Parc it is like a little town with everything that you need(super market, chilling zone, play area, vollebal court, swimming pool, and a lots of activities for everyone (thanks to great team of animators, who spend every minute to entertain guests). Cleaning in a room was every day, fresh towels every day. Breakfast was fantastic. I will definetly recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a great family holidays👍

Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. There is a short walk to the beach (10 minutes). The bus stop is right outside the hotel reception.

My wife got bitten by badly mosquitos. There seem to be a lot of them in the area. In September there is not a lot of entertainment in the local bars - these of course are nothing to do with hotel complex.

The resort was lovely, the trees gave lots of shade which was perfect for our young family. The beach is stunning and an easy distance from the hotel. The whole place felt clean, friendly and more like a 4 star than a 3, also easy commute from airport in taxi at 25 mins, really hope to go back.

The superior apt is a bit of a squeeze for 3 people and there's no snack bar onsite for non all-inclusive customers.

Lovely staff, very friendly and good with children. Yummy food. Gorgeous forest setting. Exquisite beach accessed via a magical boardwalk.

It would be great if there was a ramp to access the boardwalk to the beach - hard to get a buggy up the 4 steps. But otherwise we adore it. Have been twice and will be back!
