Bed was comfortable, shower was good temperature and pressure. Location is very good.

It's not like the pictures. My room was fine but not big enough for 2 even though it was a "double". I asked about the remote control for the a/c on day 3 because I hadn't seen it, the cleaners came in my room and moved the bed, and it was under there, in the middle-ish. Previous guest must have knocked it down, I think though it should have been found before I checked in. I asked about excursions at reception but receptionist just gave me a leaflet and told me to enquire in town. The pool/ spa is deserted on the 7th floor so I wouldn't have felt comfortable going for a swim.

Good location and beach view. The bed was clean and comfortable and the balcony was nice. Shower also was good. Staff were relatively friendly.

There was a constant smell of urine coming from the bathroom and the toilet looked like the bowl hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It was also sold as a double/king bed but it was 2 beds pushed together which was a little annoying.

The location was excellent just around the block from the beach, and the night market. Food and massage/nails in the same alley as hotel. Good bed and air conditioning. Was a very cheap hotel so got what we paid for. Well worth the money.

Bathroom was a bit whiffy, but bearable.

We had a family room with two beds on the 9th floor with a small balcony which had a great view. The location is perfect, so close to the beach. There is a laneway in front of the hotel which is a dead end, so pretty quiet really, plus there are restaurants, massage places, laundry places & shops right there. Air conditioning worked well & good to have a small fridge in your room. The staff were all friendly especially the young girl during the day, always smiling & helpful and she spoke good English. Great value for money.

No breakfast even though it’s advertised (they gave us a 10% discount when I queried this). The beds are firm, not an issue for us. The rooms could definitely use a freshen up & a deep clean. Unfortunately you have to remove your entry key tag from the power when you leave the room. Still good value for what it is & the location.

Staff was really good. Since I was checking out really early in the morning, they offered to give me a breakfast box. The lady in the reception woke up at 4 am to do that for me, however I left 10 mins before, so she apologised to me by a message, which was very kind.

The location says it's waterfront, which it really isn't.

This hotel is situated in a quiet side street very close to the beach and other attractions. Plentiful restaurants and coffee shops very close by. The room I had was spacious, very clean and well-appointed. Smart television with multiple channels, YouTube, etc. Bottle water in the fridge is chargeable, but purified drinking water is provided each day in a reusable glass bottle. My experience exceeded my expectations and I would certainly stay here again.

The Wi-fi speed was acceptable, but could have been better. Fire doors were propped open.

Rooms were nice and roomy. The colour themes were fun and the bed was comfortable. Hot water didn’t run out in shower. Close to the beach and near lots of restaurants.

Apartment had a kitchen, but no cutlery, plates, bowls cups etc so it’s pretty much 100% unusable unless you bring your own ammenities. Would be great if that added at least a small bowl and a fork so it’s possible to eat some food there. Apartments are located outside of the main building, which is fine, but anyone can enter this building and use the elevator to go around the floors as there’s no key needed to use the elevator. Also no reception staff in the apartment part.

This hotel is in a great location. It's close to Nha Trang beach, the night market, and several tourist attractions. The alley where the hotel is located has many spas and reflexology centers. There's also a halal Turkish kebab shop nearby, about 500 meters from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in didn't have an ocean view because it was blocked by other buildings, but you can see the sea from the pool area. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, especially Miss Anh. The restaurant auntie was also very kind. She gave us extra watermelon slices when she noticed we didn’t take breakfast since the food served wasn't halal for Muslims.

The breakfast menu here can be a bit challenging for Muslim travelers as the dishes served are not halal. However, we managed to fill up on bread, boiled eggs, and fruits.

Super hotel in the centre of Nha Trang. We had a 2 bed apartment which was lovely. As other guests have mentioned, it was short on cutlery and plates but that didn’t detract from our stay. To note: the part of the hotel we stayed in was in a separate block from the main hotel. It was very quiet and the apartment was great. Didn’t see staff too often but they helped us with what we needed.

The breakfast. It was the worst breakfast we’ve had in the 7 weeks we’ve been travelling. Staff member was rude - no attempt to be polite at all. As soon as we walked in the door the menu was shoved under our noses. No time to find a table or grab a coffee (which was also awful) before you had time to think about choosing breakfast. I sent my eggs back as they were under cooked and did not look appetising at all. The juice was unidentifiable - maybe just sugar water or diluted orange squash. Fruit selection was small pieces of orange segments - which you got if you were quick enough to get to them. Better to walk up the street and find a cafe or buy stuff from the supermarket.

I booked a one-bedroom apartment for 11 nights and in the end prolonged my staying for 5 more nights. I liked everything: the location is some minutes away from the sea, there are cafes, mini shops and supermarkets nearby. I liked walking to the night and fruit markets which are also close. Wi fi signal in the room is strong, the water is hot, the air con works properly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!
