Hotel is nicely positioned just a ten minute walk to the historic old town of Monheim. Multi storey car park at the rear of the hotel was perfect to safely leave the car. Staff were helpful at check in and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. We stayed here for 1 night as a break in our journey

Cleanliness, quiet, we didn't have much contact with staff but when we did they were friendly, self check in was very quick and easy, breakfast buffet had a variety of options good value for money.

Missed a mini fridge in the toom, road works in the area had us going around a bit with GPS

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff member at check-in was friendly. He required some assistance from his peer but all went well. It is located right along the Rhine River in a business center. We drove a couple of miles and found a great little restaurant.

The check-in process was slow as the line was long upon arrival. It seems like there could be a better way.

The breakfast was so complete, fruit, juices, eggs, yogurt, bread, and so on. The room was extremely comfortable and very practical. Would have love to stay more than one night.

It took us a while to get there from the city center, but we were aware of this, so not really an big issue for us.

Great welcoming experience by the gentleman at the reception desk. All went better than expected. I found the room as expected, clean and very well lit up. Comfortable bed and good supply of bedlinen and towels

Breakfast on the second day was terrible, with hardly any cooked breakfast left to put on the plate. It took them over an hour to replace the cooked breakfast options. I also had to ask to replenish milk and orange juice. No ham at the time either. I nearly left without any breakfast!

Tried to get a drink at the bar. Staff more interested in playing on the computers to serve. Breakfast staff were very good.

I really liked the comfort of the room, the breakfast was also very nice. All in all I found it a to be a nice place.

Well I did not get a room that looks at the river, that was a little bit sad. Of course not everybody can get a room with a nice view.

Amazing value for money, super fast check in and check out experience. Hotel is located in a quiet residential area, which was perfect for us. Everything is brand new and rooms are quite spacious.

I like that there is a painting outside of room and matching the painting on the ceiling of the room. the bed is very comfortable for me. Room isn't that big but it is smart how they designed this small room.

there is some dust the chair under the table. the shower water easily splashed outside of the shower area. only one staff one the check-in/check-out desk.

Breakfast was good.

Restaurant next to Hotel was closed even though I made a reservation. Very dissapointing. I know the restauranat is not joining the hotel but a closed restaurant on Sunday evening ????
