Comfortable, clean, fragrant

The air conditioner is not cold enough, maybe it has not been serviced for a long time. shower water is not strong

One of the things that impressed me was the exceptional cleanliness of the room. The tile floors in the room and outside the room were sparkling clean, not a speck of dust in sight! The bed was comfortable. Overall, I would recommend it to others.

The only suggestion I would have is that the reception area could use a bit of a refresh. The sofas at the entrance looked a bit worn.

Its quiet as located away from main road, and right in front of The big Econsave supermarket. A special thanks to the staff / owner of hotel on the small favor for me as I wasn't aware on putting a parking coupon for my car by 9am. While I went out somewhere at 9.30am, a parking coupon already on my car window. Its so helpful! Another awesome thing is at the behind of hotel has almost an acre of palm oil tree that make freshen up the air.

There could be a road hump nearby to the hotel that making a very small noise repeatedly whenever a car passing by in front. Probably walking up staircase could be a challenge for someone.

too many mosquito inside the room, especially room on the backside, house keeping need to ensure while cleaning that windows alway closed. lightning suiz didn't function need to check for safety

The shower heater exceed my expectation. The room has dimmer, how cool is that. So close to supermarket (Econsave) and also close to both Marina Jetty and Lumut Jetty. I like the fact that the room is cosy enough that we had a good sleep till the next morning.

I have no complaints so far for a low budget hotel like that, They're good.

Easy to park, strategic location (just behind econsave), very clean, big room with cheap prices, all electronic devices functioned well, staff is also very good and easy to deal with.

Gotta go iron outside the room and plug in the room got only 2. So i have to take turn charging my devices with my husband. So u might wanna bring your own extension haha. Thats all

Small hotel and everything is straightforward and easy. Plenty of parking lots available. Place very well kept. You can see the care they put in every little detail. People are friendly here. Even the cleaning lady greets you with a smile. And the price is good. Personally i will still use the hotel if it costs more.

Not really. Except to alert other guests that the door needs to be locked with the key. It does not auto-lock. It is not the sensor type that we are used to.

this is my second time stay in hi star hotel wt my husband and I like it 😍 I'll came back soon ..! the receptionist kind and soft spoken ..the bed sheet ,bath towel and face towel clean .✨

I just don't like the smell inside the room which is, it's like rexona smell ?I think ...hurmm .I didn't know where tht smell came from but, I'm not really comfortable wt that ...and can put some sticker to tht soap so ,we can knw which shampoo & shower gel . and maybe there is hair dryer in future ... thank you .

Room was very clean

No laundry bag provided, the aircond seems to be underpowered (took a very long time to cool the room), no window and for some reason the shower water was always hot even after I switched off the water heater plug

Check in during wee hours and the staff waited for us. Just stay to sleep for few hours, get ready and early check out. Room clean, price is affordable and staff is friendly.
