We liked that after hiking in the mountains it was possible to relax in the hotel in the aqua zone. Nearby there are beautiful trails for walking in the mountains. And not many tourists. The hotel looks very nice. The room is cozy, big, clean and everything is comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We can stay with our dog. Delicious water in the room every day.

In recent days, the builders were cutting tiles for a new hotel's construction, it was very noisy around the pool. 5 days out of 6 the jacuzzi did not work. We didn't like the food in the restaurant. We went to dinner at Oro Cavallo near the hotel, it was delicious.

It's a high scale hotel located in a resort town. The staff was ok, they didn't speak English so well, the spa was nice and clean. the breakfast was good, and the location was ok-not in the middle of town but within a 10 min walk.

When you pay so much for a hotel off-season I'd expect them not to charge for parking but they did - 30 zlt/day. The hotel restaurant was very disappointing and expensive for dinner - go to the restaurants in the town, they are much better.

Colours, materials, texture of the building materials, cleanliness, modernity, architecture, decorations, scent, two balconies with a nice view and many many more...

A bit brighter light to help shaving in the bathroom would do and a stand to work on a laptop, but these dont change overall opinion worth 10 points...

there are always things within hotels control and outside of it. 95% of what hotel could do was done to very high standard

hotels layout is a bit complicated and it would be great to get some walk around with a staff member after check in. we struggled for some time to find the way to our room.

The hotel was great except that downside written down below. The room was so spacious and quiet that we reaaaly enjoyed our stay. The wellness was briliant and was never full so it's good to know you will really have a room to relax. Breakfast is a story by itself. It was the best I have ever seen. Full of options you don't know what to choose :D

I think the biggest downside is that the restaurant staff cannot speak English at all. It was a real surprise to us. Also there is obviously possibility to upgrage with a hotel dinner but I didn't find any information for that.

The food was amazing at the restaurant. my only wish was to see some more traditional polish foods on the menu. when I travel to different countries I always try to enjoy local foods which I didn’t find on the menu. that being said I really enjoyed the pasta I did have, which was better than anything I had in Italy even. the facilities were amazing after a day of travelling. being able to relax in the sauna or pools really helped.

The spa facilities were great. We loved the fact that they serve filtered water in reusable bottles and the staff would refill it daily. Lovely soap and shower gel. Food was some of the best we had in Poland. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and very helpful. We had an excellent massage, too. We would recommend this hotel and would like to return

We liked everything here! The hotel is in a good location. Our room was spacious, modern designed and very clean. Wonderful spa area, warm water in the pool, sauna and everything are included in the price. Breakfast is delicious and has a large choice. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas Holidays, what created a wonderful atmosphere :)

Our stay at Tremonti was amazing. The room was so spacious and chic. We felt very comfortable. The staff was friendly and engaged. We also loved the pool and sauna area. Breakfast was very good with a great selection

We loved our stay at Tremonti but if I had to criticize a thing it would be the very growded breakfast area. maybe it would be better to spread the area a bit (if possible).

I was afraid that stay would be overpriced , but it is worth the money. The hotel is stylish, modern and clean. Location is super for walks, there is park just by the hotel. We went there with stroller with no problems. We had room with very nice view. Breakfast was great, a big variety of pastries.
