Rooms: spacious and renovated but not clean due to totally unprofessional job of maids. Pillowcase weren’t changed at least 4 days, toilet and bathrooms tube were not cleaned too…they did it only when we complains. Disaster for 5 star hotel! Food: Good choice and quality of the meals, but it is obvious there is a lack of staff at the main restaurant Elia since we were waiting some time for tables to be prepared for breakfast and for some other services ( coffee for ex.) Beach: Far from being ok. One small, narrow part is clean when you enter the sea, the others are full of big stones and algaes. The right part of the beach is steep so it is unpleasant to lay on the sunbeds ( which are without matresses ) due to possible falls off. Water is shallow. Prices: Unreasonable high. CocaCola smallest bottle is 5.5 but at the restaurants in Porto Carras is 3€. Porto Carras is another class defo. Staff: very friendly, professional and dedicated to all guest’s needs. Shiny moment of the hotel. Parking lot: Huge and most of the spaces were sunprotected. Perfect.

Clean, comfortable, they change beddings and towels every day, beach towels also, we got luxury suit even we paid for junior, food is various and delicious, for every dinner there was another fresh fish/seafood and cakes… Beach is nice, sandy, water clean, shallow. Nikiti and Neos Marmaras are 15 min by car, they even have their shuttle bus to drive you

they charge every drink for dinner even watter

Breakfast,room,beach

Hard to find parking lot at night when you turn back to hotel, after we had our breakfast we went to smoke upstairs,on our way to beach and stopped by at restaurant to drink water and the welcoming staff said that we could not take a bottle of water something something,so we drank by glass,I think that was a cheap attitude,we were between the breakfast hours and it was nothing to speak, but I noticed to write because irritated me

Hotel was absolutely wonderful. Staff has upgraded us in a room convenient for the strollers. Food was delicious as well as the staff and the hotel amenities.

There was one huge deal breaker for my family. We were traveling with a baby and all we needed was peaceful and quiet nights. This is something we failed to get since the hotel is organizing amusement every evening, and it was so loud that although our baby was sleeping behind fully closed glass doors, she was waking up frequently. This is somethin, 5 star hotel should pay attention to, since in 2022 peace is something we all need.

PRO: - cleanliness - big bathroom with both shower and bathtub - nice location with lots of green spaces, olive trees and flowers - clean beach with crystal clear shallow water, perfect for little kids - free private parking with lot of space - very good sweets at dessert - there is a mini shop with souvenirs and things to eat/drink inside

CONS: - repetitive breakfast - dinner not that varied - very few Greek/fish specialties - even if you are getting half board (breakfast and dinner included), you will not receive free drinks/water at dinner. What a pity! On every tavern in Greek you get at least water for free. Here you are paying for the dinner but you still don't have any drink included - in the evening mosquitoes are everywhere waiting for the feast! Would be nice to use some substances against them - it's a nice location but with all the PROs, it's overpriced

Perhaps the very best beach in Halkidiki - calm, shallow, clean. Especially noteworthy is the shallow sea which continues for 30-40 meters - it was perfect for my 3-year old daughter. The staff was excellent and very responsive. The room was spacious and very nicely furnished. The food was very diverse and there were many choices at dinner (although not all of it I’d call gourmet). In the evenings there’s live kids programming almost every evening.

The restaurant doesn’t have outdoor seating, which was disappointing and made breakfast and dinner less than perfect. It was in poor taste to charge for water at dinner.

The beach is great for the kids, with a long stretch of waist-deep warm water. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was super-friendly and always in good spirits. Kid animators were phenomenal each night.

Finding a sunbed was stressful as people were "reserving" sunbeds by leaving towels, books and stuff at very early hours of the morning. During our stay we had two very awkward situations with people claiming we have "taken their spot" because the hotel staff is sometimes leaving fresh towels at free sunbeds which adds to the confusion as you can never tell which ones are actually free.

Breakfast is very good. The hotel is crowded, but that's only felt during breakfast. The rest of the time it feels spacious. Staff were pleasant. The hotel grounds are very pretty.

Transparent bathroom and shower is problematic for a room with children. The walk-in shower wasn't functioning. No coffee machine in the room, for a 5-star hotel? There is a feeling of nickel-and-diming with you having to pay for the silliest extras such as water during dinner. The prices aren't listed and when you leave the hotel you expect to pay 10-15 euros for what you took, and end up surprised with a bill of 60 euros. Cleanliness of the pool and public areas is ok but not excellent. Room service skipped our room one day.

The food was very diverse in the evening, the breakfast buffet is large but offers the same food everyday. Not very crowded and the prices for lunch were reasonable. Also there is walking distance from another restaurant, and there is a minimarket on site. We liked that the garbage was taken out from the room 2 times a day. Very good accessibility for stroller and wheel chairs, therefore a lot of families with small kids and older people.

The sand on the beach should be better cleaned, there were quite a lot of cigars. The inside pool was very cold, the outside ones were hotter than it. Also, in September the kids playground was quite deteriorated.

We had the most amazing stay at Anthemus Sea Beach Hotel and Spa, I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the minute we arrived, we felt so well looked after. The hotel itself is kept beautifully, the location being right on the beach is perfect and the pools were lovely also. We had our 22 month old with us and the facilities were perfect for him. The children’s pool, activities and crèche were great and it felt so safe within the resort which meant we could truly relax. The buffet was always full of tasty options, even for our little boy and the restaurant staff were so lovely and accommodating. Our room was amazing, we were upgraded to the sea view suite and it made our holiday even more special with such a great room to stay in. The one thing I would say about this hotel that makes it stand out is the staff, they were all truly EXCEPTIONAL!! I have never felt so welcome and looked after as I have here. We can’t remember everyone’s names but a shout out to Argi the Bar Manager, Florentine the Spa Manager, Sofia on Reception and the Animation team who were all absolutely wonderful. The staff clearly all care about the hotel and their jobs, and want to give guests the best possible experience. Florentine really looked after us at the Spa and made sure we had a lovely relaxing time. The only downside was we couldn’t stay for longer! ☺️ Thank you so much for having us Anthemus and hope to see you all again soon 💙

Nothing! It was perfect.
