We wanted a hotel for our last day before our flights home from SFO. This place was perfect. Staff clearly used to helping their customers who are managing all different times and helped with late check out, luggage storage ect. So although a big chain it didn't feel rigid. There is a free shuttle as you would expect. Pool is good, clean and when we stayed we had it to ourselves (it's shallow). There area is also OK. We had returned our car but could still walk to restaurants etc. and on the other side of the road is along paved shoreline walk, along the bay. As we were really looking just for a convenience place, we ended up having a really nice stay.

The front desk person was very open and gave many good recommendations to help maximise the amenities available at the hotel for the purposes of my stay. Carlo, the bell man, was exceptionally helpful. Went out of his way to assist with my luggage, express check out as I was running out of time to catch my next flight, and guidance on where to drop off while using the airport shuttle. The room was also very spacious and the view of the city was exceptional - I was on the 7th floor.

The shuttle driver wasn't very communicative and all but threw my bags down when he dropped me off at the airport.

I had a great 1 night stay at The Hyatt San Francisco airport! I enjoyed a fantastic dinner and loved your choices for both white and red so ended up having a glass of each. The bed was very comfortable and I was looking forward to sleeping in but the fire alarm went off just past 5am! I jumped up and out of bed faster than I ever remember! It turned out to be a false alarm and once I’m up, I’m up so I headed down to the fitness Center and was impressed with the equipment and the cleanliness of the gym. Upon check out, the front desk agent took $50.00 off my bill for the inconvenience. This was such a nice gesture especially because I didn’t ask or complain about it. It was so much appreciated that you have a new & loyal guest. I have already booked for December!

Breakfast ridiculously expensive for the buffet. Service a little slow and could be better for breakfast. Dinner - ordered appetizer bruschetta and was told it wouldn’t be ready for an hour. Don’t get that. Half the deserts weren’t available. Online menu was different from restaurant menu and not available. Bar hours inconsistent.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was large and clean. I was really impressed with the bathroom. The shower was CLEAN and the water pressure was just right.

I didn't care for the parking rate of 48$ and there were NO charging stations for my electric vehicle. I had to locate a station and drive over to charge my car for an hour. I would like to see chargers installed. I noticed many EVs in the parking lot. This was an inconvenience but not a deal breaker for staying again. I would drive a different car next time.

Beautiful Hotel and Vik (spell?) who checked us in was so welcoming and provided us exceptional customer service. Employees like him make you want to come back to the Hotel. A place to eat was also a plus and we had a wonderful meal with outstanding service. Outside of the dining area we met an employee name Luci who worked in the shop that you can pick up a snack. What a delightful person!

The bathroom in our room (3105) could use towel racks and a hook behind the door as many women have hanging bags with personal items and also could be used to hang your clothes as there is no where to hang your clothes to bathe. Nice room other than that.

We stayed here as we had an early departure from San Francisco airport. It is a little way from the airport but the free shuttle offered by the hotel means this is not an issue at all as it goes frequently to and from the airport and is very easy to catch. The staff were all very courteous and helpful, the room was great and we looked into the central atrium which was great. The blackout curtains were especially brilliant. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Loved the view of the planes taking off and landing. Also, I liked the shade that rolled down to cover the entire window and block out the light from outside. I liked that there was a microwave in the area where the vending machines are. And the shuttle bus to and from the airport is very convenient.

I didn't like the very high prices for things like water, milk, and snacks. The refrigerator in our room had problems. There was a puddle of water at the bottom. The bathroom lacked convenient places to hang towels and the faucets/fixtures seemed like they were about to break.

It was a wonderful hotel near the 101 Highway providing easy access to everyplace we wanted to go. The room was quiet and well apppointed. It was spacious and very clean. The parking garage was convenient.

The Bistro restaurant had a limited menu, different from the one listed online. Highly priced and not a great value. The wait staff were excellent though.

Stayed there for a work dance competition event. Have stayed at this hotel for two years in a row, love the staff, and very nice hotel. We came in and cleaned on our own just in case, Clorox wipes came back clean. Shared the room with a friend and we both brought our own blankets when they cleaned our room they even made the bed with our blankets separate by each side. They have like 6 elevators so the wait is usually short too.

The wifi was kind of back and forth, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. Also should note you pay $40 per night for parking. Parking in the parking garage can be kind of crowded but that is also because we stayed during a very big dance competition. I paid around $250 a night and I still think that is a little high.
