Great location, well-lit parking lot, very clean public rooms, comfortable bed, decent water pressure in shower, Dove products in bathroom. Good breakfast space.

No instructions on tv use. Couldnt find guide (not on remote) and girl at front desk had no idea how to find it. So we scrolled through all channels every time we wanted to watch tv. Maid service only every 5 days, so had to ask at front desk for fresh towels, coffee pods, etc. Pretty mundane breakfast fare…..same for three days we stayed. Uncomfortable “chaise lounge” in room…..takes up alot of space without really serving a seating function.

Checkin was okay, breakfast was amazing! Room was nice and clean.

Bed was not comfortable. Woke up with back hurting pretty good. Still had to travel over 900 miles. Also, we requested AC to be on and room cooled off being a later arrival. That didn't happen! . Disappointed

Pretty new facilities. Very modern room. Very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was above average

Room wasn't clean enough. There was dirt on the carpet. We felt the toilet wasn't clean enough.

Staff, parking away from highway, comfortable beds, "real" breakfast food. My friend really liked the coffee. 😊

Shower head was a "rain" type and got water all over bathroom. We didn't try again after that. Trash in parking lot

Check-in was excellent. We were tired and check-in was perfect. Breakfast was good - both the hot food and the professional attendant. We slept so well - we had a very quiet room. This was a great stay.

This hotel is impressive from the time you walk in the lobby door. It is clean and decorated beautifully. The staff is kind and courteous and always ready to serve you in any way they can. The breakfast was very good and we especially liked the warm and tasty cinnamon rolls. We look forward to our next stay.

The lady who checked us in was not nice and never looked at us , wasn’t impressed with her, but with that said everything else was very good .

Pleasant and secure stay

Cost and hotel daily room service (did not happen). Had to call for fresh towels daily. Trash and beds not attended to during 3 day stay. For the cost of the stay you would expect these services to be completed.

Soft sheets and plenty of pillows. I liked their cinnamon rolls at the breakfast bar. The facility is pet friendly with areas for walking them. I requested first floor for ease to walk my dogs and it was fulfilled.

More trash cans for throwing away poo bags. I had to use dumpster or trash can by the door. I forgot to tell them that shampoo dispenser was out of shampoo after I used it.

Breakfast was typical of this hotel chain.

There was considerable traffic noise from our room, due to the proximity of hotel to the highway.
