Great location, close to the airport and easy booking

For the price paid, it was not as expected. The water from the pool could have been cleaner, and at times at the pool area there were turkey vultures/black vultures (zamuros) drinking water from the pool which I found very disturbing and unsanitary. No one seemed to care even though I mentioned that to the staff. The hotel could invest in better quality of toiletries and add coffee machines and minibars with basics in the rooms. Also, smart tvs or fire sticks to have nextflix, prime, etc. Again, for the price paid I was expecting these basics

Everything was perfect! The staff was exceptionally kind, the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, and everything functioned flawlessly. While the restaurant is on the pricier side, every dish we tried was absolutely delicious and worth it. Highly recommended.

Not so much a dislike, but it would be great if the option to visit the nearby club could also be extended to weekends for added convenience.

I paid my last dinner in cash with 150 usd , the bill was 145 usd , and still I am waiting to get my balance deposit via pago movil in my Mercantil account and after one week I have not received back the balance of 5 usd. I left all details in the reception to Ms Korina Ramos.

Pool and Ceviche bar staff were great. Bed and room were comfortable

Hotel did not accept my credit card payment because of reservation made on booking.com. only took cash at that point. that was disappointing.

An excellent hotel close to the beach and close enough to the Caracas Airport. Safe, Impeccable service by the staff (perhaps the best point!). Bigger than average rooms, Well maintained, all rooms have at least partial ocean view, with excellent facilities and a very welcoming pool. Would certainly stay again.

Cocktail bar is a little pricey. However, the staff was very kind to explain prices and solved a confussion which would have cost us a considerable amount of money. A potentially uncomfortable situation turned into a big plus thanks to the very kind staff.

Comfortable, really convenient as it is very close to the airport. Excellent breakfast, lunch. Lovely swimming pool, amazing view.

There was a trouble with the payment, but everything was rapidly sorted out.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the location is great and not far from the airport and the the hotel was good.

The food and the breakfast it could be better and with the price of the room every thing should be included

The hotel offer parking But in fact you need to pay 15 dollars more Not even free parking for guest. And in the parking were worker and the car finish very dirty

Location to the airport and the taxi service is perfect if you have a flight from Maiquetía. It is immaculately clean, nice view, comfy rooms

The restaurant made an error with our food so we didn't end up eating together at the same time

There was a little bit of wait to be served in the restaurant. They should give a little attention to clients
