The staff is superb! Friendly, accommodating, and as pleasant as can be. We arrived really late due to the weather, and someone was waiting for us at the door to welcome us with a smile and a room upgrade. They made everything easy and very convenient. The included breakfast was great - lots of options and well prepared. The kitchen staff was on top of everything; they brought out fresh items before you noticed they were running low! Everything was clean and comfortable, and we found the location perfect. We weren't around the hustle and bustle, but literally within 10-minute walking distance of the central part of town. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back!

I can only rate this accommodation in superlatives and I have never given 10 points to anyone. In one sentence: if it's Grado, it's only Eldorado! The staff was wonderful, they fulfilled all our wishes and helped us in everything. We would also like to thank Signor Luca, who is a fantastic host. The room was nicely renovated, spacious, comfortable, super-clean, everything was perfect. The breakfast was always fresh and Italian style with great coffee and cappuccino. We loved this vacation and the hotel "crowned" it.

I have met some really nice people in my life but only very rarely have I experienced the kindness and hospitality I was treated with at this place. It felt like the staff, from housekeeping to receptionists, are just really happy people, they do not just pretend for the sake of their jobs. The hotel as well as the rooms were super clean, the breakfast very good and I could not complain about a single thing even if I wanted to. 10/10, thank you very much!

Very clean, room is very quiet and with good air conditioning, tasty breakfast, all the staff members are very nice, friendly and professional. My special thanks to the staff for being so helpful: I forgot my Apple pen in the room and realized it only when I got back home - the staff found it in the safe and sent to me by post.

Everything about the hotel itself is great. What I didn’t like is that the sea at the nearby beach is very shallow, one has to go very long to swim.

The property is really lovely, clean and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and really made an effort to tell us lots about Grada and the history, as well as what to do etc. Our room was beautiful, with lovely views. Had everything you’d need in the kitchen and bathrooms, and was in a great location, about 15 minutes walking distance from the old town.

The hotel is marvelleous.. It has a very family atmosphere and we really felt like home. The breakfast was amazing, wide range of gluten free options, a lot of local products, fresh and tasty. Room was spacious, with a balcony, AC and heater if needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a bike rental owned by hotel as well as the parking slots for bikes.

Apartment with separate bedroom, large balcony overlooking the lagoon. Close to the beach and shop, 10 minutes walk to the center, bicycles available for guests in the price of the stay, staff and service very nice and helpful. I highly recommend

The perfect apartment when visiting Grado. Finally, we have found the perfect place to stay when we visit Grado. The apartment is big, and it is well equipped. The balcony it's perfect size, and it has sundbeds and table for eating outside. The location is brilliant. 2-5 minutes to the beach, and it's at food store 5 minutes walk away. If you want to go to the city center, it's a 10 minute walk, or you can just borrow a bike from the hotel. The people working at Eldorado is very polite and kind, and they speak english, which makes everything alot easier.

All the staff is very friendly, there is a good atmosphere all over the place. Well maintained and clean, breakfast had a good variety of high quality products. Peacefull location, parking nearby, close to the center and the beach.0

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment which was very well equipped, we had everything we needed in the kitchen & bathroom too. It was really spacious and clean with 3 balconies - one could easily just spend their time resting in the apartment. The beach is a 5-minute walk away and there are restaurants, cafés and supermarkets nearby as well. The very center of the town is a but further away (about a 20-minute walk), but that only means that the neighbourhood is quiet both during night and day.
