Every single aspect of it. This is a great hotel and ticked every box for mine and my daughters needs. Location for Pila is ideal and so straightforward,along with plenty of parking. Every member of staff were incredibly polite,courteous and very helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean,rooms are big and have everything you need.Bottled water and coffee were topped up everyday(you certainly don’t get that in some more expensive hotels!),breakfast is excellent with an enormous selection. Great leisure facilities after a good days boarding. Simply brilliant.

When I booked this hotel I thought I’d have further to walk to get into central Aosta but it turned to be closer to town than I thought. Aosta itself has bags of Roman history so worth exploring. I’d be happy to stay here again.

A couple of disappointments. Firstly the restaurant was closed in the evening. Secondly the car park got pretty full though we did manage to park. Finally it had an EV charger but that didn’t work for me. That was a shame but I managed to charge in town at a pretty decent price so I didn’t have a problem.

Gorgeous views, lovely sized rooms and very helpful staff. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection, but not huge, however for the price it was pretty good value. The lifts are not for the faint hearted 😂 EV Charger - absolute bonus!

Bathrooms were lovely and clean but could do with modernisation to match the rest of the hotel, but this is a really minor thing

Lovely, friendly atmosphere. The restaurant and bar were great and very good value for money. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was good - only a 10-15 minute walk from the centre. On-site parking, and we loved how it was dog friendly- our chihuahua Diego had a great time!

Some of the furniture in the room was a bit dated. Also, the sound proofing in the rooms wasn’t the best - we could hear everything going on in the room above us.

The hotel was well-located, not too far from Aosta. We had a car, so it was easy to get in and out: the parking was available and we never had a problem finding a spot. We enjoyed the room and the cleanliness. Overall, I would recommend this place, it was low-key and easy.

While we loved all the dogs in the reception area, it should be made more clear in the description so that people with allergies or phobias can take notice. We had no problem with it, and it was unique.

Although it is a large hotel, when we arrived there wasn’t anyone at reception. I had to phone the hotel using my mobile from the reception area to find out where the staff were. it turned out the lady was in the bar area. Not sure if that is normal or whether they were short staffed on that day.

Room was wonderful, spacious and well appointed. The selection at breakfast was not large but enough for every taste. Staff were really wonderful, very friendly and kind with kids.

Outdoor pool was okay, but not enough sun beds. Nowhere to place your things near the indoor pool

Good location. Very good breakfast. Once we had dinner there which was good. We liked the pool area very much. My husband liked the sauna as well.

The room was convenient but rigid and too puritan. The wifi did not worke in the rooms.

Large bedroom and bathroom with all amenities required. Good value for money. Large car park on site, ideal as we were travelling through from France to southern Italy. The lady on reception was friendly and very helpful.

Didn’t find the food particularly tasty.

The rooms were great. The staff were nice and spoke fairly good English - not always the case even when the hotels claim to. The rooms can get extremely dark at night, so you can sleep really well. The little fridge is convenient. The pool, fitness center, sauna and the gorgeous communal spaces were nice.

The AC did almost nothing. There was a kid running around and yelling in the hallway at midnight for 30 minutes, would have appreciated if the staff told them to quiet down so we could sleep.
