The staff were wonderful. Really accommodating and friendly. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk from the lake. Then 25 minutes to the main town. The breakfast had lots of choice (cold meats, scrambled eggs, breads, cake, yoghurt, cereal and pastries). The pool was cold but very clean.

It was a good basic hotel with a few extras so theres lots of improvements which could be made but overall it was a good stay. For example, it has noisy window shutters but they are amazing at blocking out the light.

The mountain view its amazing, swimming pool is ok too just enough for my height, my hubby enjoyed it much & the breakfast, its yummy. The staffs were kind. Location, wow! Near from restaurants, malls, shops & to the lake.

Though the bathroom was clean there are ants on the floor. The a/c not so cold. I requested for a queen bed, but it came out 2 single beds. 😑

It's very close to the main street of the resort with parking at the back of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were available. The breakfast was exceptional with good quality savoury items and so many cakes to choose from. A lot of effort has been put in to offer guests so much variety.

Clean room, friendly stuff, good location. Family suit is big and comes with a big terrace to chill with the entire family just right next to the pool.

The breakfast was not so good - powder based scrambled eggs, raw soft bacon, dry bread.

Friendly staff!! Everyone was friendly. Nice pool with lots of space...parking easy and close. Breakfast normal and good 👍. 3 blocks from mall. 9 min walk to the sea. 😉

Only thing was air conditioning you couldn't make cooler than normal. It was fine though. Comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but lacks fried eggs or pouched eggs and fresh salad leafs. Parking was not a problem. Lobby bar is very convenient.

The hotel is a bit old, some things need refreshment.

Advertised as a 10 minute walk into Riva, but in reality it’s closer to 25/30 minutes. 2 members staff were unfriendly and rude at times, but the rest of the staff were lovely

Professionalism, willingness, flexibility in solving any problem. The heart of the hotel, among other employees, are Antonio and Sueli, for whom their profession is a mission and not an ordinary job. We wish the owner of the hotel the best of luck in renovating the bathrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would love to come back again.

Everything was clean in the room, even the inside of the fridge 😊😊😊 Pool seemed quite nice and clean and was included in the service. Easy check in and check out. They stored my suitcase for a couple of hours after the check out. Breakfast was a great idea, fresh and delicious food at the buffet, good coffee and wide variety of food (salty and sweet choice). Position of the place was good, close to a supermarket as well, walking distance 15min to downtown city center. A 5min walk to a bus stop where there is a bus to take you to Rovereto and Trento.

Great breakfast- lots of variety and vegan options. Bike friendly- a safe place to lock bikes and ability to store luggage. Easy to jump off bike path and find.

It’s out of town a bit. Ok if you have bikes but would be a bit of a pain on foot. Pretty dated decor but fine 👍
