Check-in was fast. Staff was very polite. Room was comfy with 2 bottles of water. Nice and clean bathroom.

E-Mail communication was bad. The wrote to download an app (or 2), where I'll get my room key. That didn't work at any time. My questions how to do it right, wheren't answered. So it was a riddle, if we can get in the room or not, when we will arrive at night.

A really nice hotel in the city centre (I am sorry, other neighboorhoods, but Al Majaz is a top!). Very helpful and nice stuff. The room was very clean and equiepped with everything you need for a comfort stay. I even had an iron in my room. I recommend to get a breakfast - it doesnt cost much, but its really good and offers a variety of options to choose from

Perfect location 9 minutes away from Sharjah beaches. Easily available public paid parkings and underground free parking but mostly occupied. All the staff in morning shift and night shift are smiley, professional , cooperative and understanding Easy & smooth check-in and check-out Clean hotel , restaurant room ,gym & public toilets Very nice restaurant despite limited varieties of food but well satisfying Excellent room design with king bed and two comfortable sofas , wide room size with two TV s very suitable for four family members and nice facilities and good city view and side canal view Very good money value and quality comparing same hotels rates during the new year eve I will suggest Ibis styles hotel in Sharjah for all Special thanks to all staff in the hotel , with my best wishes of success

The moisture smell specially in the corridors, i suggest to fix scent machines to spray good scent in the corridors

This hotel is my top pick whenever I need to relax. The price matches the quality of the experience. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the internet is fast, and the bathrooms are spotless.

It's not that I dislike it, but I suggest adding more variety to the food, especially at breakfast, because it seems a bit limited. Also, consider providing more seating on the sides of the lobby, as it often gets crowded. Moving some chairs from the center to the sides might help with this.

Location - Very much at the heart of the city. Room - Good sized for a couple or even a family of three. clean and well designed. Has all room required facilities. Breakfast- Good one. Balanced mix of Indian and Continental. The restaurant Host Sushma is a awesome personnel. Cooperation from the staff was great. The security Personnel- HASHEM was very very helpful.

Basement parking was little clumsy, but manageable somehow !!

Staff is great and very well mannered Food quality is great Rest all good

The timing of Breakfast should be improved. Instead of 6:30 they are able to place breakfast by 6:45 completely. Instead the breakfast should be completely placed max by 6:15 so people leaving early for works can eat something and leave.

I like the spacious room and the location.

1) There is no wardrobe. 2) Bathroom size is very small comparatively to the room. The shower area has got a small glass frame and is insufficent. This causes the water splashed all over the floor in the toilet area. Makes the whole bathroom messy.😣

The room was clean and stylish, and the lights were exemptional, but at first, I searched for any cabinet to put my things it was not available so for me maybe adding a small cabinet to put clothes will do. the TV may need to have internet access for kids. breakfast was outstanding and nicely prepared only that maybe they can serve rice on the menu. optional advice since I'm an Asian we usually have rice in our breakfast. location is adequate, with easy access to places we planned to visit. overall, it is great, I would recommend it to friends.
