The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor seating area and kayaks/paddleboards. They also had bikes to use but we did not need to use them, but nice option. Breakfast snacks and drinks were a nice bonus. The beach was only 2 miles away and there was beach access right when we reached the beach. Although there is still obvious damage from hurricane IAN, we found food trucks and live music.

My biggest complaint was the blowdryer. At first I thought it was a joke. The blow dryer they provided was simply a toy fan. I have stayed in many places and that was a first. When I asked the attendant for a different blow dryer she simply agreed the blowdryer was useless and no they did not have another option. She tried to make me feel better by saying my hair looked great, as I stood there with wet hair and no other options. The breakfast was only snack food (packaged muffins, individual box cereal, yogurt, pudding, cottage cheese, boxed OJ, coffee and hot tea, oranges and bannanas) The Resort is on a busy road and you can hear the cars go by. I don't mind the hum of the cars but others might want to be aware. The noise of the cars is out of the Resorts control.

Location on San Carlos Blvd is perfect. Parking is free, enough space for all guests. Very nice garden to relax in the shade. Nice deck chairs on the canal with a view at boats. The tiny reception lady was super friendly and did a perfect job. She moved us even twice: Firstly into our preferred room #108. Unfortunately there the toilet sink wouldn't flush so she moved us a second time. We were treated very well, we liked the new room and will surely come again.

The breakfast is environmentally bad and unhealthy. Every single item is separately packed in plastic exept the bananas. Tons of waste are produced here. No toast and no toaster for our own bread.

We stayed at the Waterfront property in a House Boat! Its decorations were cute and everything functioned well. It was adorable. The only disappointing things was I expected a two bedroom but the house boat was like a tiny home on water and the second bedroom was really a loft with two mattresses on the floor. Since we were two older couples we didn't use the loft (great for teens and under) and one couple slept on each of the futons. Overall it was fine, I just didnt realize that's what we were getting. It's really cute though!

The second bedroom was a loft and would be dangerous going down to use the restroom at night.

Good location close to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach. Room was good size, breakfast was good. Shower with good pressure and very hot water. Roku TV with multiple apps. Kitchenette with appliances. There was kayaking and bike available free to use. Housekeeping very helpful.

Curtains in all windows too small to cover the whole window. The bedroom facing the front had a 6-in gap when you pull the curtains - needs to be fixed.

There is not much available in the area. This property has nice places to sit in the sun and gives an old-time feel of Florida. The room is modest, but has the feeling that there is attention to the atmosphere. there is a lot of space in the room and the bed was comfortable. As a solo traveler, I really appreciate nice people to talk to. The breakfast was served outside on a patio that felt like a family barbecue.

Right on San Carlos Blvd. the noise wasn’t really that bad except a few busy hours. After the hurricane, this property is recovering nicely, but the room furniture is dated, and the flooring feels not updated. it feels like a genuine beach motel from the 60s or 70s.

Room had everything I needed/ expected/ as description on website. Lots of outdoor seating options, including multiple fire pits. Well maintained and clean grounds. Conveniently located next to a bar and grill. I enjoyed my morning coffee waterside, so tranquil. Definitely more than expected for the price! Highly recommend Latitude 26.

Having 2 seperate bedroom areas was great. The shower was fantastic!

There wasn't a table/chairs (had to bring in a chair from outside), a couch would have been nice.

Small and quaint with lovely outside sitting areas. Only stayed for an overnight pit stop but loved having the bar/restaurant right next door and did some quick fishing off back canals. Breakfast was a plus as well!

The electronic door was constantly giving us problems and at one point my son (17yo) couldn’t get out from the inside and it took me 10 min to open it from the outside to get him out.

We stayed in a loft suite and loved the spaciousness. I was happy to see that the room offered a couple of burners (although only one of them worked). I would have preferred there to also be an oven in addition to the microwave in order to prepare a meal.

The location is awesome, right on the water. I really loved the free kyack and paddleboards. The bikes were a nice bonus, however there is a lack of safe areas to ride them. If you go out on the water, please use insect spray. We were not advised about this and ended up getting bitten by noseums - the itching is horrible. I also would like to see the property invest in a tandem so that my younger child could have gone on a bike ride with us.

Love that they let you borrow bikes, paddleboards and kayaks! Continental breakfast is standard but nice that they have it. This community has been devastated by Hurricane Ian (2022) so it’s really important that we give these businesses some revenue! The locals are all so nice. This hotel shows no signs of damage so they’ve done a great job with clean up/ remodeling.

Coffee wasn’t great. Everything else was!
