People, who work there are very friendly and helpful, they are amazing treasures! 🤗 It's very nice to have kitchen.

It was close to the central station. The staff was very helpful as well. The breakfast is simple, but it works. It is basically bread, coffee, some jam, butter and nutella. The terrace is a nice place to socialize and relax after a long day. It is very calm and quiet place.

The beds are simple, which is typical in italy in general. So I did not expect much at all, plus is that the bed is made when you arrive, and it is comfortable and clean beds and rooms. What was a bit challenging is if you wake up early, that is before 8:00, there is not many places to sit or any opportunity to have a coffee, so you need to go out look for coffee or food, because all the common areas is closed.

Loved so much about Olive Tree. Right from setting foot inside the door, I was made to feel welcome and informed about what the hostel has to offer. Definitely right up there among the friendliest hostels I’ve stayed in — shoutouts to Max and Nell for getting guests talking to one another and so creating a really great atmosphere! Staff were also willing to answer all questions and accommodate requests like leaving my bag for a few hours after checkout. Everything is really spacious, from the dorms to the bathrooms + so much outside space even in the centre of the city. The free breakfast hit the spot as well.

Nothing, for what it is the hostel is fantastic!

The vibes in this hostel are so cosy! From the moment you arrive, the staff are so welcoming, and even give you a brief idea of the area that you’re in and whats about! the garden is exactly as photos show, and it’s really nice that they actually water the flowers!🥰 I had no problems with internet which is always good and saw multiple people working with no troubles.

I was travelling alone and met people at this hostel. It's well positionned, it's in the center. The mood is very friendly, it was easy to meet people especially at breakfast time, as breakfast is free. The hostel is not big and it makes meeting people easy :) The garden is nice and there is like a balcony area with a few tables, it's a cosy place. I'd definitely recommend it to travellers who want to meet people. The people who work in the hostel are also very nice, respectful and give tips to discover the city.

- only 3 bathrooms, one is closed in the early morning (because kitchen is closed and you can access this bathroom through the kitchen), i had to wait so long to be able to use one of them even around 7 am… and i stayed here in November, i can imagine in the Summer. But for me that was the biggest problem, everything else was super.

The location was very convenient. It was only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The location itself is not the nicest but it is only a short walk from the centre and the old town and therefore ideal. The staff are perhaps the nicest hostel staff I have ever met. Hostel provided breakfast which was nice. The rooms were clean. Only disadvantage was noise off street was quite loud. Overall an excellent experience

I really liked this hostel, really friendly staff, social vibes, spacious and clean rooms with balconies. I also enjoyed the extras such as the free brekky and even additional amenities such as shampoo or sunscreen. Really nice patio area as well. Very close to the train station and loads of food options available nearby.

The area didn't feel incredibly safe, but not much can be done about that.

The location was close to the Central Station with about 10 mins walk. The room was spacious and the bed was clean and comfortable. The hostel provided all the basic things and was hard to demand more at a budget accommodation.

if the breakfast could provide some fruits or vegetables except bread with butter and jam, it would be much better.
