We stayed for 4 nights in order to attend Disneyland and the France v Ireland football match at Parc Des Princess which was only a few minutes walk from the hotel so it was ideal. We arrived late on Monday night and needed to be up early on Tuesday for Disney so it was far from ideal when we found ourselves next to the loudest neighbours in history but credit to the reception staff they moved us to another floor without hesitation. This was excellent customer service. The rooms are small as you'd expect in Paris so with the heat we had to leave the Aircon on all the time which has made me sick but that's not the hotel's fault. The best thing about this hotel are the staff they are incredibly friendly and helpful, also, the free water at reception is an excellent feature. I'd have no issue staying here again if I was attending a match at Parc Des Princess or Roland Garros which is also a short walk away.

14 euro each for breakfast is very very expensive when all it is is some fruit, pastry and ham/cheese. But hey, there's no obligation to take it. We only availed of it the morning we went to Disney so we could get on the road quickly.

Although the room was compact with an okay amount of storage space, it had air con, a very comfortable bed, tidy bathroom and tea making facilities. Room and hotel were kept spotlessly clean and well maintained, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. Very friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location for public transport and getting to the centre of Paris.

The coffee wasn’t great but thankfully the tea was fine.

The bed, the room, the staff. The location was fantastic, very close to laundromat, restaurants and transport.

The lift didn't work there a few times, and we had to climb 5 floors. I have a severe lung problem, so the climb was not good for me. Also everything for breakfast was written in French. We didn't know how to use the coffee machine or what food to eat..like yoghurt ect.

We really liked the small but clean and well equiped rooms. It was also great to have the breakfast option which was included in our offer. Especially when you see the breakfast prices at Restaurants you really appreciate the breakfast :) The hotel is also well conected to the City as the metro is only a short walk of 5 Minutes away and there is a bus straight to Eiffel tower also in 2 minutes walking distance :) The supermarket next door is perfect for buying Snacks and there is a good selection of restaurants close by. Staff was also always very nice and helpfull.

The use of plastic could be reduced at breakfast (Butter, Cheese e. g.) is wrapped individually.

It was a wanderful hotel and the staff had a excellent service. They helped me by advising regarding the transport from airport and within Paris and answered to all my questions. Will highly recommend to my friend as well as return back at them again

The room was clean, bed comfy. Hotel reception staff very helpful, excellent location to get transport links around the city. Very close to Parc de Princes stadium to go see PSG game.

perfect location near the metro station, 10 mins and you’re in the centre of Paris. The staff were all super friendly and spoke excellent English (which is good as my French isn’t the best) and the facilities are perfect for what we needed.

My only 2 complaints would be that they didn’t have any extra amenities (we asked for an extra pillow, but this wasn’t able to be accommodated) and I did book a twin room, but was given a double.

Clean rooms, very nice and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Metro station was about 10 steps away from the front door.

Locations we wanted to see were always a train ride away. Nothing was really within walking distance.

The room was quite small but very clean.. hotel loc was pretty easy to find.. walking distance from metro station.. close to parc d princes stadium.. lots of restaurants around the area.. receptionist was friendly and helpfull..

Was a little bit noisy during d day until arnd 9ish pm..
