The location was good, staff were somewhat welcoming. Hallways were excruciatingly hot, the eggs were cold and the pillows were horrible. I don't usually comment on the bedding because I can sleep almost anywhere. But these pillows truly need to be replaced. I probably won't stay there again as there are some nicer, budget friendly hotels.

Pillows, breakfast hotter and staff a little more welcoming-if I wouldn't have spoken, I don't believe I would have even been acknowledged.

Clean . The only thing that I have to say is the location of the front desk was very deceiving one for arriving.

Location of the front desk went for arriving, was tucked back where you couldn’t tell if it was the service entrance or the actual front of the building

Convenient location, size of room and lots of storage areas. Breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. I especially enjoyed the Oatmeal Bar!

Door was hard to open. I did alert the front desk. The shower head was a very fine spray did feel it was strong enough to get all the soap off.

The proximity to Spanish Springs Square couldn’t be better. The parking was ample and the breakfast each morning was very good with eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, fresh waffles, cereal and oatmeal. Plenty of fresh fruit and fruit juices and piping hot coffee and tea. The pool is average and there is a small gym available. We’ve stayed here before and will stay again. Friendly staff.

It was a great location… Arrived late in the evening. After 9pm. So we made sure to go talk to the sales office in The Villages. Looked around the area. We had breakfast downstairs, which was great for us. The food was delicious.

The bathroom sink was backed up, very slow to empty. The couch was small, so that was hard for us.

We go because of the location. It is one block from Spanish Spring Square with nightly entertainment every night from 5-9. They also have Acoustic trios from 11-2. Great place to lay back and enjoy good music and dancing. The breakfast is fantastic and the attendants are great. It also allows pets and I brought an German Shepard and English Bulldog and the manager gave them doggy treats. Great place to stay.

Spacious room with a basic breakfast to start the day. There are 2 supermarkets within 10-15 minutes walking distance and pleanty of restaurants near the hotel.

The bathroom and the kitchen are out-dated and could have been cleaner.

Breakfast was very good, nice variety of food. The facility was clean and my room was comfortable.

Room was a Little small, furniture seemed cluttered. The closet door was very awkward, you can access the bathroom from the closet by the front door.

the hotel is welcoming and beautiful. Makes you feel at home soon as you walk in. check in went smoothly and we were able to check in early also for no fee which was nice. Traveling with kids and a infant we needed the extra room and this place was able to accommodate us. Would definitely book her again if we are in the area:)

I was here on business/job interview. I knew nothing about the areas but the locals were very welcoming. It was only about 30minutes form the location I needed to be in, but very convenient for the stay. It was nice seeing the golfers out as well.
