Hotel was clean. The staff and security guard was exceptional. The location was a bit of a walk with the heat, but a tuktuk can be booked to and from the bts on the hour until 3pm.

The fitness centre was small but it is what it is. You will get a lot of door slamming during the night. Possibly due to people letting go of the door instead of closing it. Woken up a few times in the middle of the night. Would've preferred a firmer pillow.

The Cotton hotel provided me a perfect stay for my first time in Bangkok. There's a busy street just across a row of buildings, but you cannot hear any noises inside the room, which was amazing. I was very happy with not having any extra unnecessary amenities pre-placed in the room - the environmental commitments of the hotel appear genuine, and I didn't feel the need to request any of those additional items (slippers, toothbrush etc). The location is truly amazing - it feels very upscale with lots of 5 star hotels in the area, there are both MRT and BTS stations very close nearby, a 7-Eleven right down the road, a great selection of restaurants, including a modern food court a few minutes walk away. And of course, the highlight of my trip, Lumphini Park is just across the road - I was very happy to have access to it and its fascinating monitor lizards, cats and ravens any time I want. Amazing value for money - cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Some of the environmental instructions were unclear - I was hanging up my towels expecting them to be left for reuse, but they were replaced every time.

The location was perfect - within 400 mt from the Lumphini MRT station and 900 mt from the BTS Saladaeng & Silom MRT stations. This meant you are well connected to every part of the city within a 10-12 mins walk to the nearest station of your choice. Also, the lane in which the property is built had almost zero traffic, which made the locality quiet and peaceful with beautiful cafes and private houses. The hotel is built on modern minimalism, with designs, aesthetics, and furnishings reflecting the same. The top 3 things I loved about The Cotton are: 1. Swimming pool on the 4th floor - a perfect way to relax after a tiring day exploring the city. 2. Toby's cafe at the ground level - the perfect venue for breakfast, overlooking the street. 3. The extremely courteous hotel staff members - always happy to help and extend any support with a big smile.

Everything was perfect about the hotel and its location. Even the room was cosy and perfect. However, as a feedback it seemed a little too cramped for a triple-sharing room. With a double and a single bed, there was not enough space left to store the luggage or move around.

Great beds and great pillows. Good breakfast at the bistro next door. Quiet locaton in Silom area. Free tuktuk to Saladaeng sky train station is provided. Otherwise quite standard hotel, nothing special.

Not recommended for the first night if you arrive from overseas. The hotel charges 50% of the 1 night stay price for early check-inn. We arrived at 9 am from Europe, sleepy and tired and were not let into the room in spite of the fact that the room was ready and available. This is very customer unfriendly policy taking into account that the hotel cannot make use of those rooms. It's just the way to squeeze some more money from guests.

This hotel was extremely good value for money. We chose to forgo the breakfast options as the pasta restaurant across the road was brilliant! The hotel securely kept our suitcases and bags on our last day as we travelled around, and accommodated us showering and changing before heading off on our international flight. Excellent service by all staff. Very clean rooms. We asked for coffee satchels and they brought them immediately to us. They were environmentally conscious which was refreshing to see in this concrete jungle of a city 😊

The only minor downfall is we had to pay a "hold" on our credit card and it won't be released for 14 business days. This is in case of damage or issues. They wouldn't take cash or any other tender. They seemingly couldn't understand English when I asked why we couldn't pay cash and have them check the room with us before we left - the receptionist just kept explaining about 14 business days, no weekends. The fee was about $50AU.

Very well located. Small boutique style. We had a couple of stays and preferred the 4 floor to have direct access to the pool and more natural light. Pool area is shaded which is great to cool down after a walk. We have small kids to it was great. The hotel is in a smaller street, close to a street market but also cool cafes and restaurants, so you can decide the type of dining that suits you. The metro that takes you to the city is very fast and modern and close to it. A big shopping mall is near too.

I preferred the rooms in the 4th floor that the ground for natural light.

A lovely small clean hotel with quiet rooms, great beds and pillows and free tea and coffee (ask for it at the reception). Small rooftop pool with morning sun. The neighbourhood was great, clean, quiet and with some lovely restaurants and shops very nearby. The mrt station of Lumphini park is only a 5 minute walk away, it’s not a very nice walk though with a lot of traffic. The Sala Daeng Bts and mrt station is a bit further away but it’s a much nicer walk and it has a shopping mall and numerous restaurants. Some people at the reception spoke very well english some not well at all. They were all polite and friendly.

What we didn’t like is that at check in you aren’t given any information about the hotel or surroundings. Nothing about the free tuk tuk that goes to Sala Daeng station twice every hour until 3.20 pm, nothing about the breakfast you can pre order, nothing about free tea and coffee available at the reception. All information is available if you look for it (taped to the wall etc) but they don’t tell or explain anything. When asked for they bring you slippers, an iron and board and more to your room. Towels for the pool are available as well.

The hotel staff all are friendly and helpful. The Security Officer beside responsible to control traffics on the on the road, he also helped guest to bring their luggage from the transport to the lobby. Value-added service provided. All staff can speak proper English so communication is fairly easy, needless to be worried at all. Despite having a congested small road during the weekdays where people travelling to and from work, it does not contribute loud noise to the hotel stay. My family like the Hotel very much.

The breakfast served was good. My children love them so much. One recommendation for the hotel to consider is to have some soup noodles or traditional Thai breakfast as an option for the guest to choose from will be good. It is because, everyday having mostly the western breakfast also kind of boring.

Great location, with tuktuk service to the MRT station and a nice park around, some markets are great cafes around, and the Commons is only a 5-minute walk away. Room is clean and fresh and the AC is really strong, a nice pool at the top floor, albeit I didn’t get the chance to use it. Facilities are good and convenient as there is a laundry and a vending machine inside the hotel.

Sound proof isn’t that good, but not a huge deal.

Very clean and cute hotel. Good size room and bathroom. Good location, quiet but within walking distance to MRT and BTS. The area is a bit more expensive than some other areas in Bangkok, but it has a nice feel about it.

The hallways and lift were quite noisy and woke us up in the mornings. We could also hear the dogs and cats at the property next door at night. The tv only had news stations in English, all other channels were in different languages. Some more channels or ability to cast from phones would be good.
