Very good location just in the center of St. Wolfgang. Nice design room, clean and spacy. Perfect bed. Excellent breakfast with the widest choice ever, dining room (= hall) with the panoramic view to the lake. Parking lot some 3 minutes to go; hotel offers a shuttle if you ask for it. Nice staff.. Would come again for sure.

Everything ok. I was a little bit disappointed by the missing whirlpool in the wellness; there is a nice pool with the possibility to swim in the open air, but the whirlpool itself is not available (or might have been hidden so that we didn't find it).

Breakfast was super in terms of food quality, but the variety of choice is not proper for a long staying, for 1-2 nights it's ok. Many waitresses have delicious smiles. There is a lot of space in the dining area and perfect view to the see. The welcome service is great. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is huge but is constructed so wise that from outside it is unnoticed. The see view is fantastic. Many cafes nearby and a lot of options to go to. As a whole absolutely great place.

the mattress is too soft and the pillow is too big, but you can use the decorative one, it is smaller. Sometimes it is too noisy outside especially during s.c. summer nights.

The hotel was exceptional with all the services and facilities and everything you need. Breakfast is available until 12 noon. Personally, I have never heard of a hotel that has breakfast until 12 noon. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. Special thanks to the receptionist Matthew. I will be back in the near future. The hotel is a real gem! the room is great, view of the lake was stunning. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of things to choose from. the lake beach of the hotel was something we will never forget. Kids enjoyed it so much. Very close to the hotel ther4e is a beach where you can rent a SAP which was a real fun and the kids loved the water sport just near by. the hotel is perfectly situated and close to everything.

Very service minded staff - from front desk to hospitality - super friendly and super helpful. It’s a fantastic location on the Wolfgangsee lake with direct access to the lake - swimming and water sports activities, and the town centre itself is just a one minute walk . The view from our room was exactly as advertised - exceptional and great attention to detail to the needs of the guests in the room . Very good breakfast which is open until noon .

Almost no TV programs in English except two English news channels.

The location of the restaurant on the water was superb. Breakfast was good. I would say above average for most places in the region. A good selection of hot items and very healthy options such as a juice presser where you could press your own juice.

The common area for ironing was really inconvenient. Better to have one per floor. Also good to have a garbage can in the hotel room rather than a tiny one in the bathroom. Small things but they make a difference.

Beautifully located on Lake Wolfgangsee with amazing views, loads of shops and restaurants. The staff were all amazing!!!

Sometimes became challenging with the amount of sun loungers available due to the fact people reserved with towels but didn’t use. Only downfall of this location is it is wasp season in August and they are everywhere but that’s nothing to do with the property itself

I expected the pool be a little warmer, so we can be longer time And a little expensive for a star vacation but it did was delightful Free parking is more than needed ...13.5 euro per night !

Superb location,spacious room with modern designed furniture, A/C, comfortable bed, and great facilities, stunning lake view, magnificent breakfast, beautiful beach and lake access, generous spa and swimming towels

We couldn’t enjoy all rooms balcony (I booked 4 rooms) because there is always smoking smell form guests at the balconies below or above us. I wish if the resort is totally smoke free

The location was superb, right on the lake. There were plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the lake and no shortage of sun beds. The breakfast spread was one of the best we have had. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Overall the staff were lovely and helpful.

Our room didn’t have air conditioning and it was very warm during our stay. We stayed 4 nights but there was insufficient room to store clothes so we had to leave majority in the suitcases. The shower was in the bath and was a bit small. We asked receptionist to book us a taxi to take us to the train station in the last day and at first she refused and handed us a taxi number to do it ourselves, saying people didn’t turn up. We tried calling it from our mobile phone but it wouldn’t connect so she did it for us in the end but we felt she had been rude.
