The Breakfast was good to experience. It's not what I'm used to having in the morning - very filling. The hotel is kept very clean. Staff is helpful although there is a language barrier with not much English spoken. Google translate was of help to communicate with staff & myself. Would very much recommend the hotel to others.

Was little disappointed that there was only 4 choices for breakfast, staying longer than 5 day it becomes repetitive although the choices were very delicious - a little more variety, perhaps needed. Could do with another lift for staff services "Only" as sometimes the one lift in hotel is not available to guest as required; being used by staff moving within floors with their daily routines.

Location is the best thing about the hotel as they are a couple of minutes walk from the JR yamanote line komagome station which takes almost to everywhere you need to go to in tokyo. The room had a view of the tokyo skytree. Room is clean and as efficient as possible given the standard tight space in all japan hotels in general. Family mart is right next to it which is very convenient for night snack.

No lobby where you can sit down at.

Great no-frills hotel! The room size is smaller, however they have convenient under bed storage for your luggage, and for one person I was not cramped in the space. They amenities provided were plenty, and the staff were always pleasant to interact with. The location was good for me, and less than a 5 minute walk to the train station where you can catch either the Namboku line, or JR Yamanote line.

There was mandatory room service every three days for hygiene reasons, which was understandable however it'd be good to have an idea of what time it is, so you can plan around it!

We really liked all the amenities the hotel room had, and for those not in our room it was easy to talk to hotel staff to request something. Also, location is good too, not too far from station and near one subway entrance.

The centralized heating was bad, it made the room rather hot in the evenings since we had no control over our room's temperature. We kept asking hotel staff what we can do about it, they lent us a cooling unit, but in the end in addition to the cooling unit, we also needed to open our window to make our room cooler (outside temperature during evening I think was 5-10 C).

Good location on the Yamanote line connecting to most key locations in the city. Clean and high standard place, feels more luxurious than the number of stars despite the room being small all necessities are there and bed is very comfy.

Just one problem - when I came back to the room on the day of the cleaning, I found my bedclothes and things I usually use in bed on the floor which was quite shocking. As a consequence I requested no cleaning foe the remainder of my stay.

I liked the location it was not as busy but next to the train station so everything was easy to reach. The hotel is nice. I know that people complained that there is only one elevator but I never waited long for it that was completely fine and not a problem at all. I got a room with a view over the city i requested that before. I liked it a lot that you get an amenity pack everyday. Also the bed was comfortable for me. I don’t have anything to complain it was a cheap stay and you got a good service. I would definitely come back again.

It was a fantastic stay and the hotel was very modern-looking, including very clean rooms. The front desk staff seemed incredibly hardworking and accommodating (given that our Japanese language was limited). There is also an ice and water machine downstairs and vending machines, microwaves etc. One of the best value-for-money hotels by location - the JR Yamanote line will take you to most major areas a tourist might want to visit.

The housekeeping staff were hardworking and always did a great job with cleaning our room. However, we weren't able to understand the housekeeping system very well. Firstly, housekeeping works on a 3-day cleaning policy but does not change the sheets (even for long stays like our week-long stay), so this is something that needs to be specially requested at the front desk if you do need it. Also, although we alerted them that we didn't need housekeeping on certain days because we did not want to be disturbed (there is a sign to put out), we still had housekeeping ask us. I think if the hotel can improve their housekeeping system rules, it would make for a much more comfortable stay.

As the name suggests, the hotel is just a few steps from Komagome metro and JR (JY line) stations. Although the hotel is removed from the city center, you can get quite conveniently everywhere you need to. There is not much going on in the area, so the place is rather quiet. The hotel standard is somewhat higher than what I'm used to, so I was very pleased. The room was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable. If I ever end up in Tokyo again I think I will stay in the same place again.

Very well located close to komagome station, which gives u access to a circular train line - the Yamanote line - which pretty much can get you anywhere you need to be in Tokyo. As a first timer, this was excellent, and komagome itself is fairly quiet which was nice to come back to after exploring the more popular areas like shibuya/shinjuku/akihabara/ueno/ginza etc.

Rooms were tiny but not unexpected. If you need a base to sleep and explore from, I cnt fault it much

The Hotel was excellent from the comfortable bed and pillows to the location and the staff. It as APA makes sure to have their hotel very conveniently located to transportation. And the amenities in the room. My wife loved the shampoo and conditioner. They have all that you can possibly need in a bathroom without the need to call the front desk. They have from a razor to a hair crunchy.

By the size of the room there's nothing no to like because even though the rooms are small they are very well designed and functional.
