I loved that it was clean. The room temperature was cold and the breakfast was really good. But, the best part about this property was the staff. Monica at the front desk was so helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I had mentioned that I was visiting because my daughter was having a baby. One of the days when I was walking out the door I was stopped and given a congratulations card from the entire staff!!!! That was the sweetest thing. I felt like I was staying with family!
The ONLY drawback was that it was loud when people would open and shut their doors but that’s pretty much not the hotel’s fault as it is careless people.

The breakfast was wonderful and definitely added to the value of the hotel. The staff (Shay) was really friendly and helpful as well. Rooms are clean and I was really happy they were able to get us rooms next to each other.
Everything was good. If I had to pick something, it would be the sounds the AC makes when starting up and the "clanking" of the mini fridge in our room. I'm a light sleeper so I heard that throughout the night.

Clean and relaxing room. Bed was comfortable. The property is quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Coffee and tea all day was nice.
A little removed from everything, but we did enjoy the quiet. Not really a negative.

Very beautiful hotel and breakfast was pretty good!
We only had one hiccup which was the first room we were in the AC didn’t work. But after calling and telling front desk they were able to move us rooms!

Breakfast could be better. Are the eggs real?
The check-in staff person. No customer service. Rude, crude with an attitude and had the gall to tell me I had an attitude. Not happy about Booking.com rate...The guy at check-in said the rate was 95 per night but because I booked on-line thru Booking.com I had to pay $120 + $20 just incase there were any damages????? We are in our 70s not crazy kids.

The location to the arena is amazing. Breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again. Actually, we booked with Sleep Inn for our next rodeo finals in a different city.
It would have been nice to have an umbrella or some sort of shade at the pool. Other than that, the stay was great. The room was very nice.

Very friendly staff and a great place to stay.
Breakfast was lacking compared to previous stays at this location. There was no cereal, bagels, or fruit this time. Which really is okay just stating it was not as good as previous times we have stayed here.
