What a lovely place to stay in! Absolutely superb location! In a historical old town of Brasov! Very comfortable beds, nice and clean space, fully equipped kitchen (could do with some coffee and tea bags, as well as bottles opener). Perfect place to stay when in Brasov! 100% recommended! The only downfall of my stay is that I was overcharged on the stay for more than 200 RON. I also complained to Booking.com but not getting any help with a refund. Booking.com promised me I will get my money back within 30 days. It is now more than 30 days, I left Brasov and this nice apartment and I am not getting any resolution nor any help from Booking.com.

Great location. Overall a good experience and ok value for the money. If you are looking to stay just one or 2 nights and you plan on exploring the city, it will do the job. The owners were fast to reply, which is a plus

Outdated, and quite small. The remote for the TV was not working and it could have been a bit warmer in the room. Also, I felt under pressure with all the rules of how you must leave the place under perfect order once you leave, otherwise they might charge you. Since it's an old building, expect to hear a lot of noise from the floors when people are walking. The pictures attached were taken before leaving.

I had a spacious studio in an older building overlooking the Main Square (and fountain !) of the historic Old Town of Brasov. I could watch the world go by as I drank tea by the window. There is generous floor space, with parquet flooring, a dining table with funky chairs, a large sofa, TV, and a kitchenette that includes a fridge, and microwave oven. Comfortable bed, and a separate bathroom.

The road that skirts Brasov Old Town passes beneath the apartment window, but this background buzz is overpowered by the view of the Market Square, and the mountains that shield the town.

We had a door code, the apartment was unlocked and the keys in the door. The view over the main square was very nice. I would recommend getting the bigger apartments, with the view over the square not the inner courtyard.

The parking situation. There is no free parking nearby and all the other paid slots were taken, as it was the 1st of June and we had to go around for 40 minutes to get a parking spot. This was not at all the host's fault, but he seemed a little iritated when I called and inquired about the parking spot, he told me flat out there is no parking available and that I had a link to all the available parking spots and to look there. There are also cleanliness rules, if you leave a mess you will be charged extra. So I had to was some glasses with lipstick on them from the previous guests, not very nice. The wifi was not working (saying the password was incorrect), but there is good reception so it was not a problem. The pictures attached were before leaving.

The location was super cool!the best view that we could have in brasov!the apartment was really big so it was very comfy!Vlad was very kind and helpful.

The bed in the living room was super uncomfortable and i couldnt sleep at night,very bad mattress.the water in the bath was changing from hot to cold and back all the time so it was very hard to take a shower so the stay wasnt very pleasant

Overall it was a great stay, very big studio room with a double bed and sofa bed, with everything you needed in the open space kitchenette. The apartment overlooked the Piata Sfatului square which was nicely lightened for Christmas.

The room was pretty cold and there were no options to turn on the heat. I used 2 douves so it was ok in the end. The bathroom was warm if I kept the door shut.

was almost across the Christmas market. we rented the sofita apartment which was very spacious with 2 levels. 1 double bed on the upper level and 2 single beds downstairs.

it was on the 3rd floor without elevator and also the shower could be more clean.

The location could not be better- the old town with all the tourist attractions and many restaurants are just across the street but the apartment was in between buildings so there were no noise from the city life. We had a lovely evening in Brasov and had a pleasant rest. Bath tub was so relaxing after a long day. Option to make a tea and coffee was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

After entering the building there are 2 doors- one to the room and other to the office. Doors to our room had a gap underneath and/or they were so thin that we could hear employees coming to the work. It was so loud that had a feeling there is a stranger in the room. Lack of privacy.

Location better impossible , in the middle of the main square. With the views. The apartment is big and clean Really good warmed with heaters Easy self check in and check out They have Netflix in the TV ! The owner was answering all the time in the next 3 min… All really good. Totally recommended!!!

Super bonne location. Large size Superior Studio. Quiet and clean.

Very used towels and bed sheets. The duvet cover was too small, only covering three quarters of the duvet.. this is completely unhygienic for the guests. However, we did appreciate the room conditions & we hope there will be some more improvements in the future.
