This is a lovely old colonial hotel well situated in Lahore. It feels like a busy business type of city hotel. The room was exceptional. It was spacious, comfortable and clean with plenty of places to put our belongings and several comfy chairs. The A/C was effective and quiet. The large attached bathroom had a good shower and plenty of hot water. Fresh fruit was delivered every day. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping staff and dining room staff were also welcoming and polite. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

On arrival by taxi the main door staff just watched as we struggled to get the luggage from the boot of the car. Only when the driver asked them did they call for the baggage trolley and staff to come and assist. Although most staff are welcoming and friendly, we certainly felt ignored by the staff in suits.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a smiling receptionist. He asked me if I had stayed in the hotel before. I replied that this was my first time. He upgraded my room to a room, which had a history associated with it. It was great. The room was nice with very well-maintained wooden furniture, which added to the aura of the room. The room size was also great with adequate spaces. Breakfast had lots of choices, and I thoroughly enjoyed my early morning breakfast.

The only thing that was missing in the room was the bathroom slippers. It would be a great addition to further enhance hotel ratings.

Fabulous art deco building with a lovely garden. Lovely big rooms with comfy beds and buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Dinners were also buffets with lots of choice. Staff were very helpful.

They need to improve the towels in the room routine. We arrived and there were no towels in the room ( not even one to wash your hands). The towels eventually arrived. Then the next day they disappeared- we stayed 3 nights. I think one cleaning department collects the dirty/ all room towels every day and another team brings fresh ones?? This creates a certain amount of towel anxiety as there might not be any for hours. We considered locking one towel in the safe so we could be sure to have one. In the end it was a bit comic…. However, no towel intervals were inconvenient and hopefully could be easily improved. The staff are very helpful.

Everything about the entire stay was excellent. The staff were courteous, amiable and professional at all times. There was a wide and varied choice breakfast buffet. Their hi tea was superb. Their complimentary shuttle service was very punctual. Clearly, this hotel has heritage which is evinced in the service they provide.

Only thing I didn't like was that my stay was only for three nights! This was the first time that I stayed at Fletti's. Next time I will stay here for longer to enjoy the brilliant service and ambiance of Fletti's.

#Room. Good spacious room with comfortable bed and nice clean bed linen. Comfy cushions all around. Facility to park the car just outside the room is something I have not experienced anywhere else. House keeping staff was very professional and prompt to respond. #Breakfast. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Alot of choices and superb service from the staff. Everything was delicious.

Wash room exhaust fan was not working. Other than this, nothing to not like about the hotel.

The staff was amazing, friendly & very helpful. During the checkin on Apr1, we were allowed to checkin at 12:30 despite the fact that it is at 2pm. To top it off Mr. Zaidi the front office manager saw we were family group & visiting Lahore for the first time & decided to upgrade us to a comfortable King Suite. He made me a fan of this hotel & I will always stay here when in Lahore. Despite the fasting month the b’fast crew was very helpful & tried to make us dishes we wanted. Took good care of my elderly parents. I was also impressed by the history & architecture of the hotel.

Some staff are constantly expecting a tip(gratuity) which we gave but I would prefer that for outstanding service.

I loved the ambience and the atmosphere. Very family friendly hotel. The historical features of the hotel makes it my first choice. The gardens are also beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very polite and the receptionist very kindly arranged a drop off to my next destination complimentary. I was touched by his kindness.

The bathroom smelt very very bad and the drain was blocked.

Nice location

We had a very food stay but i m writing with regret that i lost one hour for checkout and the receptionist was not cooperative at all and even after closing the bill he sent a voice note with anger that the remaining balance is due and u have to tranafer in hotel account .this is the job of hotel receptionist to do proper billing at the time of checkout. The rest of our stay was very good and really other staff was ver cooperative. Hotel.managment should keep expereinced staff at the reception that the guest does not have any problem later. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. When I asked for something extra or special, this was accommodated. The room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the ambiance and that it honours its illustrious past with the likes of Ava Gardner, Marlon Brando etc...

The housekeeping is not up to the standard I am used to in a 4 star hotel. There was a used tissue left in a drawer, toilet paper was forgotten on one day and a few items were not picked up off the floor from waste basket. Otherwise, it was clean.

When we arrived the rooms were not ready as they were still being cleaned for COVID-19 requirements so we were given plenty of tea. After a while they were still being cleaned so the hotel gave us an upgrade to a suite, which was much better for us to look after my aunt. The suite was large and very well presented and the staff were very helpful at all times. Excellent ironing service, which my aunt used and thought they did an even better job than she could (now that is praise). Concierge was great with loads of historical information about the hotel and showed us both The Mohammed Ali Jinnah suite and the Ava Gardiner Suite. Food in the restaurant was lovely and a nice selection, with constant fresh food. The presentation of the fruit and the desserts was amazing, lots of care taken to make the guest's experience fantastic.

The hotel is historic for Pakistan and is very well kept and presented with excellent staff. The only thing which they would benefit from would be the addition of lifts so that those who are less able to take the stairs might be better catered for.
