The staff were very helpful. My wife hurt her knee at the airport and the staff were exceptionally in helping us; changed our room to a ground floor one an helped source crutches, taxis no problem. Wonderful people.

The room was good. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. I would definitely stay here again but get a room on a lower floor. Breakfasts were great and very relaxing. Loved the coffee! I especially liked breakfast being available until 10AM as we were physically exhausted and doing late wake-ups. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Loved the decor.

An extra roll of TP would be good to be placed in the toilet room. We could have asked but we had a roll with us in our baggage so problem solved. We are backpackers and self sufficient. :) If I stayed here again, I would get a room on a lower floor. We had just finished hiking the W in Patagonia, Chile and the climb up the stairs was rough on our tired legs, but we survived. :) I could have asked for a room on a lower floor but didn't want to trouble with it. We were fine. Just letting people know there is no elevator.

Super charming boutique hotel with lovely courtyard. We arrived very early and the host was extremely friendly and welcoming, helped us with our many requests and needs. We felt very much at home! Breakfast is great and diverse. We had a twin room off the courtyard which was quiet and very cool and comfortable. We loved the neighborhood, so close to the heart of San Telmo but not right in the noisy center. Av Caseros feels like a hidden gem of cafes and restaurants and is only a block away, while the more touristic San Telmo Market etc is just a short walk away as well. And all for such a reasonable price!! Would absolutely return and highly recommend.

Perfect boutique hotel in just the right location to explore the most interesting areas of Buenos Aires. Lovely old world feel, with all of the modern comforts. Has high ceilings, tiled floors, great hot water and water pressure. Most importantly, the most welcoming and helpful staff. The staff helped with tour, restaurant, and laundry recommendations. We stayed twice in the last month for several nights each time. The first time on the first floor. These rooms have a higher ceiling and a little more room. The second time, we stayed on the second floor. These rooms seemed to have been added later. Still very charming. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The individually made coffees were hot and perfectly made. Two laundry services are within a block from the hotel with same day service available at very reasonable prices. Plenty of cafes and restaurants all around the hotel. We tried several of the "nobile" (historic) cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and they were highlights. Very reasonable price for this quality accommodation. When we come back, we will definitely stay here!

This is a lovely little hotel in the middle of the vibrant San Telmo area, which means lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A very good breakfast with lots of fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice. The room was a no frills room with a view to a wall but who has the time to sit in the room and look at the view in Buenos Aires anyway? It had everything we needed. And last but not least; the staff was lovely, every single one of them.

It had been better with an elevator for our old legs.

This hotel is a hidden gem at the heart of San Telmo! From the decoration to the staff to the comfortable bed, everything was awesome. We had to work while traveling and the internet was great. We were both able to hold zoom meetings at the same time. It will definitely be our stay of choice every time we go to Buenos Aires. A huge thanks to Melina, Rocio, Pericles, Javier and Lucas for taking such good care of us! ❤️

Beautiful old building, great location within walking distance of San Telmo market. Nice breakfast.

Avoid a room off the downstairs patio- people smoking there all night and smoke wafts in to your room.

only one thing - our room #1 was located next to a smoking area that was often occupied, and the smoke would waft into our room via the bathroom window, even when closed.

The room was bright and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh fruit.

The location was good, with restaurants and San Telmo market within walking distance. I'm not sure I'd feel safe walking at night. Taxi or Uber would be fine. There was some traffic noise (including buses). So I'd recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I liked this hotel and would stay here again

The hotel is in a quieter part of town that‘s not far from a street that is full of good restaurants and bars. We walked over for dinner one night and found many options for all tastes. The bed was comfortable and the street was not noisy. Breakfast had a good assortment of options, including fruits, cheeses, cold meats, and eggs a couple ways. There was tea, coffee, and juice as well.

The room itself was basic, a bit dated, but for the price we were happy for what we paid. Important to note that you will pay more depending on the exchange rate you get in Buenos Aires, so pay attention to that.
