It was great to be able to park directly outside the hotel. There are about 35 spaces outside and we arrived early. We brought our bikes and were also able to park them in the underground parking area part of the time. We were there in early August and the air-conditioning was a reason to choose this hotel. It was a huge relief on a very hot day. Everything was clean and efficient. We were pleased to have a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, as well as a bath. Having a few English channels on the television was a bonus. The staff were helpful and competent. I noticed one in conversation with a deaf guest. She enunciated her words clearly so he could lip-read and made every effort to render assistance. The hotel's car park filled while we were there, but the corridor was quiet and we were not disturbed - even on a Friday night. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel.

We liked everything. The hotel is a 5-10 minute cycle ride from the very pretty old town and the ride along the river bank was very pleasant. It might be a long walk for older guests, though. We opted for the room only rate so I can't comment on the breakfast. We would rather have a pay as you go breakfast than a buffet - too tempting to over-indulge.

I asked for twin beds (well separated) and an ergonomic pillow. These were ready before we arrived. My gluten free and dairy free diet was easily met at breakfast and as long as I asked the night before and informed reception the time we needed to take breakfast to leave on time, the bread was defrosted and baked ready for me in the morning. I did not have to wait as can often occur. Breakfast selection is amazing as is the selection of tea. Indeed boiling water is provided, which met our need for a good cup of tea over breakfast, and the kettle in the room meant we could also make a cuppa when we arrived in the afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the room was quiet, check in and check out was seamless. We always stay here when we are passing, for a comfortable, reliable and restful nights sleep. Weekday evenings there is a bar open and a buffet available of prepared hot dishes and a range of salads - priced according to the quantity eaten, so one can have a small snack or a main meal for a reasonable price. One can eat indoors or out as there is a patio in the inner yard connected to the restaurant. On weekends there are a number of good restaurants open in the town center which is within walking distance. There is a Pennymarkt next door, open until 9pm in the week, handy to provide for the trip on the following day. The Jet service station on the roundabout nearby offers a good price for Diesel when topping up the car. I like to walk around the block behind the hotel, along the river to the old town and back before bed. A very pleasant evening stroll after a days drive. I understand that there is also a sauna however we have not used it ourselves.

The toilets are in the basement and there are no signs to indicate where to find them. I had to ask a member of staff who also had to ask someone else where they were.

We liked our room, everything was clean :) Bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is stylishly furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately the parking situation is very difficult as the parking available is always extremely full. In addition, I was disappointed with breakfast as there were barely any vegan options. For a hotel of this size and caliber a vegan joghurt or a vegan cheese-alternative would be an easy addition to satisfy vegans and do something for the planet.

Had a room to the quiet side (neighborhood). friendly staff, room was fairly nice, nice breakfast - generally wellness & fitness available is a plus. Parking in front of / on property. Value for money was fine. Breakfast staff initially didn’t ask before wanting to remove things, but I could inspire the young helper to do, which he did very nicely then, and everyone took last scoops and it felt very comfortable to hang out as last person at breakfast. :-) Thank you!

Sauna didn‘t work as intended. Wellness area rather cool/cold (due to saving energy , maybe). I changed room as it wasn’t quite like on the pics, next room was similar but altogether fine.

The hotel is more than fine in the common areas, the room comfortable and clean but not same level of other Leonardo's hotels. Anyhow, the quality is good and the price convenient.

Rooms can be improved, in particular the glass doors of the toilets. Inappropriate in family room.

The room is big, the free parking space is large, the room is fully equipped with water heaters, and it is clean and tidy. Because the weather was not too hot, I turned off the air conditioner myself. Next time I travel to other places, I will also search for this multinational hotel chain.

A very nice hotel that you can book on the road in Germany. Good cleanliness, nice beds and price for quality was really outstanding. We were very nicely surprised that the sauna was working to 23:00 and we could use it, although we checked in late. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel and a bakery very close as well.

We did not try the breakfast, it seemed that it is also worth it.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and there was even a free dinner for self serving.

The AC unfortunately broke down but was quickly repaired. It is a bit of a hike from downtown. OK if you like to walk. Probably a bit far for elderly people.

The room was good with a nice comfy bed...breakfast was exceptional with a large selection, pleasantly surprised for the cost.

Perfect hotel for those who need a halfway point to break up a longer car journey through Germany. Only a few minutes from the highway in a quiet location. Sufficient (free) parking available, next to a supermarket, and about 20 mins walk to the cute old city centre of Ladenburg with some restaurants.

It was a shame the restaurant and bar on-site were closed due to staff shortages (breakfast still available though) and that the vending machine with snacks and drinks was out of service.
