The room was exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were in great condition, much better than those in higher end suites in the area. The small kitchenette had a full size frig with a two burner cook top. For the price you cannot find a better place to stay in the area.

Since I’m accustom to full service hotels, I did not realize Sonesta did not serve any hot or cold drinks in the Lobby. They also did not have a store to buy incidentals. However, it was not a problem. Only a mile away there was a store stocked with a variety of food and personal items.

Victoria and her manager were excellent. There was an issue with Booking.com and they worked with me to get it resolved. Although it took us over 2 hours, they stuck with me to resolve the issue and get my refund from Booking.com.

The associates at booking.com weren’t much help. After 3 different calls and agents, I was finally able to get my refund for one of the rooms that payment didn’t go through to Sonesta. First two Booking.com agents were rather rude and didn’t get me their supervisor as I requested. 2 hours in, I called again and the 3rd agent was able to get me a refund issued in about 10 minutes.

The staff was awesome, always down for a chat to see how we were doing. Loved Anthony and Tanara (so sorry if i miss spelled your name). Super supportive, first time being openly gay in public and they made me feel so welcome. When I come back to Chicago i will be giving this place another stay.

There was a weird smell to our room(like strong vanilla), which at first was jarring (not bad just strange) but eventually became welcome as it gave a homely feeling when away from home.

The front desk people are so nice and accommodating. The day I checked in the lady was nice to exchange my room. Anthony has been very nice and accommodating with me extending my stay multiple times. Staff is great and always available.I definitely recommend this place and location!

Great location

Would like room to be replenished with supplies instead of having to go to the front desk for everything.

It was exactly what we needed and then some and very affordable.

Honestly there isn’t much to complain about.

I enjoyed having the kitchen with full size refrigerator. The bed is so comfortable! The people at the front desk is always available and friendly. Anthony was very patient and accommodating. Housekeeping was also friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!

The location is great Everything there is not noisy Staff are very nice with people

Perfect size room. Queen studio suite. Pet friendly for our puppy who travels with us. Clean, quiet.

Everything was great, but Booking.com (not sure why) hadn't transferred our prepaid reservation. We were in kind of panic mode until manager, Anthony figured it all out for us.

Front desk staff is super friendly and accommodating. I extended my stay because I felt so comfortable at this location. The room had plenty of space and very comfortable. Definitely will visit again!
