It would be helpful to have instructions on how to turn off the heat/air conditioner. Also, at night, there is a humming noise from the VMC in the bathroom. You can hear the guests in the neighboring rooms talking on the phone and their showers running, etc. But it was still pretty quiet at night, even with the window open in a room facing the street.

Everything was good for me. I practically only used the hotel to sleep at night and shower. I didn't take the breakfast but you have this option for 9 euro. The hotel has an elevator which makes it easy to go up with your luggage. very clean!,

The shower is too tight. The walls are thin and you can clearly hear the other apartments talking and turning on the shower. I think that beside is a school during the morning the sound is too loud. It didn't bother me because I live in a building and I'm used to noise, but those who are light sleepers can be bothered. I think guests should have a key to the main entrance, as arriving at dawn and having to wake up the receptionist caused me some discomfort, or having a 24-hour reception would be easier

Very good price quality ratio,we chose this hotel based on the good reviews in the Booking app. Lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with good transportation options nearby. Plenty of restaurants,bakeries and supermarkets also within a walking distance.Full renovation going on in the fall 24,we had a newly renovated room in the 6th floor and it was flawless. Comfortable bed and pillows,did sleep very well after a long day visiting the city. Most of all very welcoming personnel . Thank you once more and best of luck for the future (:

The location is excellent. Restaurants, supermarkets, two metro stations and an awesome boulangerie really close. It felt safe walking at night, the staff was friendly, the room was small but comfortable, just perfect for crashing after a long day.

The bathroom was really small. I am tiny and it felt small, so I can only imagine how my husband, a big guy, felt in there. But it wasn't a huge problem. The pillows were too hard for my taste, but I was so tired by the end 9f the day that I just passed out and slept well.

It is a nice hotel. The rooms are small but functional, bathroom is decent and you can see that hotel tried it's best to look as good as possible. It is very clean and the wifi works great! Comfortable pillows!

Visually the room looks a bit renovated, but not everything is perfect, but I didn't expect that from this kind of budget hotel. The bed was comfortable but a bit hard for my taste, some top mattress would be great. Towels should be newer, ones we got are rather thin, and you get only one large towel.

Modern and clean bathroom. Many good Asian restaurants in the neighborhood. Close to a metro stop. Excellent coffee. Excellent and friendly staff. I wasn't sure what to expect with a 2-star hotel but it exceeded my expectations.

The lift was blocked at one point and my room was on the 6th floor- It's ok because the extra exercise was good for me. Probably could be difficult for older folks or people in need of a lift. For me, it wasn't a big deal. I wouldn't mind staying there again but I don't remember seeing any air conditioning so I probably wouldn't stay in the middle of the summer season. It was 30° C during the day but the window was big (and could be completely opened) so it was easy to cool off by night time.

Close to the underground station, incredibly nice and helpful staff, daily housekeeping. Everything was very clean and tidy. I'd come back

Not too spacious, but I guess it's the norm in Paris. They did warn us refurbishment works were being carried out when we booked, I just didn't expect it to be so loud. Also, the room was a bit cold for the weather we were having.

The hotel is located in the 13th arrondissement, the location is very convenient because the metro station Tolbiac is located approx. 300 meters from there, and you are in the center in about 20 minutes. Rooms: small, beautiful, neat and ideal for sleeping. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We fed ourselves by shopping in Monoprix supermarkets and Carrefour, which are about 200 meters from the hotel. The price of the food is great and the selection of food is even better. There are also bakeries and ready-made meals nearby... It is good to buy fruit in grocers that you can find on every corner.

Renovation was underway, so the work started at 8 a.m., but it didn't bother us too much because we were on a tour during the day. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size, nice decor on the walls with basic furniture (TV, table, chair). The bed was comfy. The location was great for us to explore the city, plenty of little shops and restaurants and a fabulous little bookshop around the corner from the hotel. The neighbourhood felt very safe for 2 English female visitors. Metro 5 mins walk away - bonus! An hour walk to the city centre (Louvre area) also excellent if you like walking.

The room was a little dated with marks and dents on the table, carpets with stains/burn marks and the bathrooms are not great. Loose towel holder, cracked tiles and so small I could only just sit on the toilet with my knees touching the wall opposite. Not good for people with long legs. No hairdryer.

Small and pleasant hotel, rooms are cosy and elegant. The staff is nice and very helpful. Requests are addressed in minutes. Nice option for a romantic weekend

All was good, nothing really to mention. Would be nice to have a fridge in the room, however I was traveling knowing it is not there
