The breakfast was OK for what the normal hotels in the area are offering. The coffee was quite good, not perfect but good for what you can get in the are. There were several things one could choose at the breakfast so, in general, it was OK. The staff in the restaurant was also nice, polite and pleasant. Of course, everything spotless. The gym was a pleasant suprise. I found newer and better sport devices. It is a pity that the room is small. However, this is a plus! Well done! A special remark for the rooms: they look excellent. The layout and the design of the room with the glass walls bathroom and the shower next to the bathtub is very pleasant. The architect did a good job. THe rooms look special, in the good way

Hard to say. the gym could have been bigger, but the fact that there were newer and better devices is compensating. I wouldnt say i didn't like but it's a pitty that the hotel doesnt have a spa/ sauna/ relaxation area, This would make the hotel unbeatable. Ok: one thing could be improved, the ceiling shower gives you some cold drops on your head when you use the hand shower :)

Modern, clean, good location, good parking (basement with internal access), very quiet. Staff we all excellent.

Room layout is unusual, with wardrobe in the lounge (should be in the bedroom) and then TV in the bedroom (would be better in the lounge). Makes the lounge a little bit of a waste. Glass bathroom is also unusual as it faces the lounge. A modern design that doesn’t really work very well to be honest.

Close to the town centre Also Visiting Lourds was east travel from the Hotel. If you vist Lourds look out for the Free Parking along the lefthand side of the River

The Elevator broke down with use in it. But the staff member who was on resption got use out. And we have to state was amazing. Breakfast was not worth the extra money. When there are Café close by. At a fraction of the cost

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had communicated with the property through the chat function and they replied immediately. The room was clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Cozy atmosphere.

The hotel is modern, located in the centre of Tarbes, at walking distance from all attractions, restaurants and bars. The room I stayed was clean and comfortable. The ratio quality/price is good for such a kind of hotel.

Breakfast was good if a little on the pricey side

The bedroom was too hot. I was unable to alter the temperature. It was like the control did not actually control anything.

Thé breakfast was good and the location just what we hoped for.

The bathroom was very stylish but impractical - the soap fell into the bath when you had a shower and the bath was designed for someone with long legs. The glass walls round the bathroom was not appealing for those who don’t want to be watched when washing and there were too many reflective surfaces for anyone over 40 to need. Thank goodness for the otherwise annoying curtain.

This is a very stylish modern hotel in a busy district. Near plenty of restaurants and cafes, middle of town. Room was quite large with a glassed-in bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice bar. High-quality place.

There was a bad smell in reception area, like sewage, luckily didn't extend to floors or rooms. It was a continuous smell throughout our 3 night stay.
