Excellent location near the old square. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor area. If you wanted to cook, all equipment was there. Great to have second toilet as well as shower room.

Would have liked a handrail on stairs up to apartment. I tripped one day and had nothing to grab onto. The main bedroom needs a mirror at the dressing table. There are sockets to plug in hair dryer but no mirror for doing hair or make up.

the room is fully furnished, spacious, beautifully designed, with extra pillows, linens and robes. Heated bathroom floor, and wonderful complimentary coffee and teas. Has a kitchen and amenities. No reception contact upon arrival and departure. Can't complain about the location, it is very close to the town square.

They need to work on sending room assignments via SMS and Booking.com notification messages to avoid confusion. The room I stayed in had an unpleasant odor, kettles and coffee machines are not appealingly clean. No guide instructions on how to manage the entertainment thing.

I have been to Bydgoszcz 10 times in the last 2.5 years for about 7-10 days per visit. Each time I stayed somewhere different. This place will now be the one I reserve when I come and visit in the future. Now I heard all the apartments are different so possibly I got one of the best rooms. Very close to town square and mant restaurants, Zabka very close by as well. Bonus they had Youtube and Netflix so late at night if I wanted to watch shows in English I could. They also asked me if I wanted someone to clean the apratment and more clean towels. I really enjoyed my stay there.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Spotless, quiet, comfy, you have everything you need for a few days. We arrived earlier and asked if we had a place where we can leave our luggage, and because the apartment was ready, the lady I spoke with told us to go in, which was very nice, especially due to cold weather outside. Highly recommend! If we are back to this city, we will definitely stay here again. The only issue I found was that the papers are only in polish, but there was good communication between us. The entire building is very clean with a nice smell. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, so the location is great too. From all the places I have stayed, this is no 1. Well done to the owners and people who are taking care of it!

The room over all was ok. Bathroom spacious and clean. In town centre which was great. Bed slightly small but comfy. Small kitchenette, so we can make our breakfast and coffee.

It was,double room with double bed but the duvet was really small. It was smaller than the bed. It was rather cold frosty night and we both felt cold. We,stayed in this accommodation before , that was the reason I booked it again . Unfortunately this time, I was disappointed . High chairs very uncomfortable. I would prefere just normal table with chairs to have a coffee or breakfast.

Great location and facilities in the room were excellent. I appreciated the attention to detail that gave you a more personal experience. For example, a towelling bathrobe & bathroom washing products, a box of tissues, ironing board & iron. Napkins, washing up liquid & towel with great selection of pans, plates & cutlery. Great value for money.

Nothing, everything was perfect

It was very modern and clean.

As my room (No 7), was facing the town centre and not far from bars and a nightclub. over the weekend, there was occasional noise outside until 6am. This is obviously not the fault of Softly Residence but if I stay there again, I would stay at the other end of the building. My Sister stayed in room No 10 and she didn't heat anything in the town centre,

Excellent location. Despite being close to the busy street, the room was very quiet. Clean, although bathroom could be cleaned more carefully. Fully equipped kitchen allowing to have hot drinks or meals.

There was a weird smell - like plastic - that didn't go away. Room wasn't very small but I can't imagine staying longer than couple of days.

The appartment was right in the middle of town. Modern, roomly and stylish appartment. Aircondition that works. Good comfortable bed. Large private terrace with a view. Friendly service.

Monitoring in bathroom and bedrooms. Heating element in dishwasher did not work. Had to pay for parking.

We stayed in apartment 4. It was very clean, the furniture was all very comfortable (especially the beds) and there was even complimentary wine, mineral water and coffee pods. The bathroom was lovely, the shower was excellent and the whole apartment was really warm and cosy for the whole of our stay. We only saw a member of staff as we left (she took our key) but that was fine. The entry system works really well. The location is outstanding!! I'm already planning to visit again in the summer!
