My room was basic but spotlessly clean, I booked a single room. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good, the room was cleaned everyday. For the price that I paid I don't think you will find better value. Great location, quick walk to the gondala and in the middle of the town. The shower was amazing, good pressure and the option of waterfall or regular shower.

My friend and I loved the people working in the hotel. Very attentive. We loved the Guest Card providing free buses along the area too! What a nice surprise. Bus station is seconds away from the hotel. Breakfast was very good and also great location near a supermarket and centre of town. It was a quiet place with a nice balcony where to enjoy meals too.

Nothing really, we liked everything, although sometimes the wifi did not really work very well on my phone in the room.

Great hotel in a great location! Rooms were of good size and breakfast included everyday with our own table was amazing. Parking spot right outside the hotel was ideal.

The only downside was the shower was a handheld shower head in the bathtub with no curtains, no problem for us but for an elderly couple it might not be ideal.

Right in the middle of the village very close to the bus stop. Lovely room and fabulous breakfast with a lot of home made items. The hosts are very welcoming. we have stayed there before and will do so again.

Breakfast was great and the rooms were well maintained and spacious, plenty of storage and cleaned and beds made everday, cant fault it. (Our Room also had a lovely view of the mountains.)

It is very close to the Irish bar and it is quite noisy throughout the night (people coming and going/outside). Bit of a walk to the ski bus (unless we went to the wrong place!).

great location in the centre of town. comfortable accommodation and nice staff. Simple but has everything you need. parking on site and storage too. nice balcony and good temperature - most Austrian hotels are far too hot.

The breakfast buffet is excellent and you can have cooked eggs too. personally, some more hot food options might be nice. (Beans, Bacon). I am English 😁

The hotel is warm and quiet, it is located 10 minutes walk from the ski lift. There is a basement for storing ski equipment.

Breakfast is poor. The only hot item is eggs. The hotel is old, all things are old, but usable.

Breakfast had a nice selection and room was spacious and clean. There was a useful boot room for ski storage with heated boot hangers. hotel was in a great location for access to the town (restaurants and shops) but the main ski lift was a little walk away (10-15mins)

The décor of the room was dated - however was all still in good condition. More electrical sockets would be useful

The room was warm and comfortable. Very clean and quiet at night. Check in was quick and easy, although I have no German it wasn't a problem. Staff were very friendly.

I asked for the reception to book me a taxi to take me to the train station and I noticed the following day at check out that I was charged €10. €10 charge for a phone call to book a taxi seems excessive in my opinion.
