Both of the dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent. There were plenty of dishes that I could pick a piece from. During dinner, even the alcohol like beer and wine was included. The hot spring on the 9th floor was also great. The operating hours in the morning was 5 to 9 am. I went upstairs to have a quick shower before checking out without knowing it, but the cleaning worker kindly waited for me after 9 am for a few minutes.

The staff was so so nice to us. There's a dryer and washing machine. We didn't know this until it was too late. Breakfast was delicious 😋 Two moms traveling with toddlers.

It's a bit uncomfortable to get there with public transportation BUT the hotel was kind enough to bring us to and from the hotel in shuttle bus, free of charge to the station. ☺️ The window was so dirty from the outside that it was difficult to enjoy the ocean view. We couldn't keep the windows open because it could have been dangerous for our toddlers.

The view from the room is amazing. Room size is quite big. Public bath was clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner buffet was good. Many, vegetarian, vegan and halal options!

Toilet ventilation did not work. Another room's toilet took a long time to fill water.

The food is very good maybe i will come again and will order a better room and will order breakfast and dinner but only lacking in facilities they do not provide hair dryer 😌

The view is stunning and the foods also delicious And the all staff also they're really nice 😊😊

The ocean view was magnificent. The women's bath was tatami inside, so there was no slippery floor, great for children and older people. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nowhere to buy lunch at the hotel and not much closeby.

Good price and value, easy to book. We just book in the morning and arrive in the afternoon. No additional charge for children. The room is big and clean. Every room has an ocean view. Breakfast is also good.

It’s a bit old and far from station, but still walkable (1km)

The food was excellent. Because of lack of guests there was no dinner buffet but instead a brilliant selection of fresh high quality dishes. It was superb. The breakfast buffet was also great, there was a wide variety and everything was tasty. There are no places to eat nearby so it’s worth adding the food on during your stay if you don’t have a car. The only room was wide with a stunning ocean view. The hotel was old but had obviously been refurbished so the lobby and public areas were very clean. Google maps says 18 minutes walk from the train station but it is down a massive hill so a taxi is better. We arrived at night at it was pitch black so we couldn’t have walked. The hotel has a car that can take you to the station, it leaves occasionally if you ask reception. The onsen was great, two I send that switch from man to women at different times of day. But it was especially good to have the private onsen to hire for just the two of us. Staying at a hotel that has a private onsen in the room is very very expensive so it was nice to have to opportunity to hire one here for 30 minutes. There was an extra fee to do this but only about ¥400/500. And of course you can see the ocean from the onsens, restaurant, lobby, and every other window!

They switched male and female onsen in the morning . In evening , there were varieties of skin care products in ladies section ,but was upsetting in morning as they did not provide any skin care amenities in ladies onsen . It would be wonderful to have in morning and evening as well .

Building is located on a quiet street. The hotel interior is neat and clean. Our room was freshly decorated and came with a spectacular ocean view. Free availability of table tennis.

Due to the limited number of guests, the buffet dinner was changed into a set meal course.
