Fabulous place all round

Getting in was complicated as they have no concierge it’s all done via an app. Instructions were poor and when I called up the woman was impatient. The app requires you to check in but didn’t accept any of the normal names for Great Britain and gave errors in Italian - so I couldn’t check in using the app and had to call back several times and was left stranded in the dark outside a hotel in a quiet street. Another resident let me in but this isn’t what you expect from an expensive hotel, no matter how lovely inside. They need to pay for a concierge at night. I didn’t feel safe when I arrived

The location was conveniently located near the train station, the old town city, and the shopping center. Great location to be in.

I had no idea that these were individual apartments/rooms without a concierge desk. This was not your typical hotel environment. It wasn’t clear when I booked it that these were individual rooms located in regular buildings. Breakfast was included, but could be improved tremendously. All in all it was, a good place to stay at if you are visiting Bari and need to visit other locations by train or bus

The apartment was spacious for two people, really nice private roof terrace. The location is perfect for Bari exploring - 5minutes of walking to Bari Centrale, 5 minutes of walking to main street of Bari and 7 minutes of walking to Promenade. Really comfortable self check in. Room was very clean, room cleaning service changed towels everyday, furnitures without damages, really fresh, enjoyable time spent in Gatto Bianco Le Terraze.

There was no communication with the host, we wanted to extend our staying, but no one answered our questions trough booking or whatsapp more than a day, only when it was too late and we booked another place. Bed sheets haven’t been changed at all during 4 days. Breakfast was in real Italian style - few croissants and some fruits. It was no problem for us, but don’t expect full international breakfast.

Clean, calm and in a good place

Feel discomfort during breakfast when you need to ask about products or services. It's enough for breakfast, but it's uncomfortable when the plates are empty and I can't even imagine what's in the fridge... It seems that the ladies were also out of their comfort zone to serve. But all good, went out with full bellies 🤗

- Really good location - just 5 minutes or so walking from Bari Centrale and the Old Town / Beach - Clean and tidy - High water pressure, hot water available all the time - Quiet and enjoyable breakfast

Just one thing that was bothering us - but not greatly - the sink in the bathroom was constantly clogged (or the sewage itself had a problem) and you had to keep the water running veeeery slowly in order not to fill up the sink.. (then you had to wait until it unclogs, clean up, etc..)

Great location, host is very friendly and helpful and even helped us park our car. The location is so close to the old city and the fabulous cafes and night life. It’s also very quiet.

There are a few stairs, but that’s a minor detail.

Location is perfect - close to Bari-Centrale train/bus station, 10min walk from old town and 20min walk from the beach. Rooms are just like on the photos, perfectly clean, terrace of the room is super with city view, bed is comfy. Staff is very helpful, we could get our room upon arrival, earlier than 3pm. Luggage storage was also available after check out.

Breakfast was a bit simple. Only one kind of ham and cheese (no other meat options like salami or bacon for example), not a wide range of vegetables or fruits.

The hotel was comfy and clean, with central location close to the train station. Stuff was always friendly and communicative. Breakfast options are not as big as in bigger hotels, but it is way enough to start your day. Rooms are nicely warm in the winter when it is so cold outside. We could walk everywhere in Bari from the hotel as its location is really in the centre. In the summer you may enjoy sitting on the terrace, but not in January :-)

We arrived late to the hotel (1 am) and struggled a bit to get into the building (as no receptionist was there this late). Besides that, everything was fine.

I had a great stay in this room. It was clean and neat with basic decorations. The location is excellent, as it is in the center of Bari, and there are so many options around (e.g. cafes, restaurants, shops). Wifi worked well, and the breakfast was very good too. The staff was friendly, and I did not have any issues with getting the keys. I recommend it to everyone who would like to have a smooth stay in Bari centrale.

Everything as advertised. Place was comfortable and breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and answered questions and gave suggestions. Very close to the center of town with lots of sights to see. Not to far from the train station. We arrived after midnight and the self checkin was very handy. Our taxi driver was very attentive and made sure we were in the correct location. (Btw, taxi flat rate from airport to accommodation was 25€ and I used ItTaxi application which worked great, booked the taxi in advance and he was waiting for us when we walked out of the terminal… right on time).
