Our stay in the hotel went perfectly, starting from the FO Mohamed Essam and his welcoming smile with high level of professionalism, he eased the check-in process in less than 10mins with full illustrations of the hotel facilities ! Mohamed went beyond his job and helped to call the pharmacy using his own cell phone Staff are very courteous and polite , Bassem & Youssef on the pool , Amir in the pool bar ! Maged in the bar beside the main restaurant, is really nice , friendly and professional Spacious rooms and modern furniture Very good and variety of food Pool foam party was unbelievable

There is no direct pool bar as in seagate or sharm hotel branch We have tried salt restaurant in seagate, there should be another branch in Villas and suites Overall our experience is perfect as usual from rixos hotels in Sharm Al Sheikh ! Perfect hospitality

Whether it was assisting with our room requests, giving us tips on the best activities, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, Ash truly made our holiday exceptional. The resort itself is breathtaking, with beautiful views, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service throughout. Every detail was well thought out, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the variety of dining options available. The location was perfect—centrally located, yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The on-site restaurant offered a fantastic range of delicious options for breakfast, and the service was top-notch. What stood out the most was the exceptional level of service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at RIXOS Golf, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Here’s a detailed of my experience: 1. Check-In and Welcome: prior to my arrival the best Guest relation Ms. Ashraqat had contacted me professionally through whatsup and tracked me till I arrive to the hotel. I would like to thank her for the friendly attitude and cooperative and her professionalism behavior. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk the manager Mr. Amin Hoseny and Mr. Mostafa and the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff providing all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and services. I was particularly impressed by their friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions. 2. Room Quality: My room was immaculate and well-appointed, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room also featured modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, and a well-stocked minibar. I would only recommend if the housekeeping were more detail oriented for the cleanliness part. 3. Dining Experience: The hotel's dining options were superb. I had the opportunity to dine at the Main restaurant and I have meet Chef Mohaamed Ali, and chef Mohamed Ismail they were very kind and helpful and I appreciate their positive attitude. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were prepared to perfection. The buffet was equally impressive, with a vast selection of fresh and delicious options. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my meals specially Mr. Mohamed Marzouq and Ms. Zainab. 4. Amenities: The spa I indulged in a massage, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had and I would like to thank Mrs. Sou she’s an expert and Miss. Lilly for explaining and offering me to try the massage. 5.

i would just recommend a behavioral training for the stuff along with diversity and emotional intelligence awareness sessions. the rate of the shisha compared to the quality is overpriced you may reconsider the amount i will suggest to renew the decor of the spa and use the wide space in a better way

I really enjoyed my stay at Rixsos it was one of the best experiences I've had, it started at the valley early stages where check in was very seamless as Ashreqt the gust relation was contacting me to make sure i have this seamless experience. Later, when I arrived at the hotel I had a very nice and friendly welcoming from Eman and Mohammed at the reception which exceeded my expectations. Also, Spa services was exponential with Mohammed and Lily. Most come again to this lovely place.

Had a wonderful vacation at Rixos Golf! Beautiful and large rooms, good cleaning service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks to Ash - our manager, she arranged nice surprise for our anniversary and birthday. Recommend to have a dinner at Turkish a la carte restaurant. Very delicious dishes and the best manager Ali! Absolutelly amazing reef! Well organized beach with all the facilities. Also, visiting Aqua Park at Rixos Seagate is an advantage.
