We spent one night enroute Dolomites from Munich airport after a long transatlantic flight; purpose was just road side night stay. But even though it rained on us entire time, the convenience of location (close to highway yet slightly off of it) and the ambience (majestic chalet nestled in greenery; we were in a top floor room with balcony facing the church which rang bells periodically) was very pleasant. We would like to stay here in future trip and experience (spa et all) with leisure. Hosts were warm and cordial. Best part was the pine liquer that they make. Wish we had bought more. Love to get it shipped home it possible.

Parking was tight.

Searched just a place to sleep on my way to Lago do Garda. Due to limited open time of all local hotels I was trying to find some place with self check-in service. This accommodation provides key box but you have to contact reception desk in opening hours to be sure you’ll get the key. Parking for free outside hotel. Breakfast costs 18 € per person, believe me it is worth its price! Very tasty. Rhubarb pie - best in my life. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

Very uncomfortable thin old pillows.

The hotel is very well located a short distance from the motorway leading to the Brenner. It is one of those typical pretty Austrian village houses. The staff welcomed us warmly and even offered to keep our food and ice packs in their freezer. We had a lovely meal and the room was very pretty.

The bathroom is a bit small, but it's ok for a short stay.

We booked the hotel at the last minute, the night before - following a decision to cancel at another place we were supposed to go. So we didn't check the place very deeply. And it turned out to be the best place to stay that we stayed in during our entire trip! A place simply stunning in its authenticity, I couldn't stop taking pictures. I really liked the design, which has a lot of soul and thought about small details. The staff was super friendly - Thomas at the reception and then Ruth the waitress and many more. The lovely breakfast - which even has the option of making freshly squeezed juices. The food in the restaurant itself was also really good! I would also like to mention the rooms they arranged for us - as a family. We booked one room for the family (4) and in the end we got two rooms with an internal door - it was perfect!!! We were both close and we had privacy. Our balcony looked out over the lovely garden. A special experience that will be remembered for many years. Thank you !

Nothing bad to say ! only thing I would mention to other travelers is that there are bells ringing from the church near the hotel - so during the night, if you are very sensitive to sound, maybe bring ear plugs :) for me, it was part of the experience

Everything, they've got it sussed, start to finish. Traveling from our home in Italy to the UK, we actually have to make a detour to stay there, and it's not en route...but we love it so much we always make an effort to stay there.

Nothing, all's good in the hood.

I booked 4 rooms for my family for our wedding. They were very happy with their stay at Hotel Mariasteinerhof. Very nice owners and staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I can highly recommend this property and will definitely book it again.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless,bed extremely comfortable and had a wonderful balcony . The location and view were great. And the breakfast, over the top, unforgettable selection and it was delicious!

Clean and cozy beautiful village chalet. Spa area was great, 3 different saunas, relax area. Comfortable bed. We woke up on easter morning and breakfast was super nice, our table with name was already waiting for us.
