The room was clean, staff was friendly, the pool could’ve been a little cleaner but overall resl nice.

Rooms could use a little improvement (sole cracks on a couple of doors, mesh on the window ripped, etc. Breakfast was included and good however they didn’t have any fruit and didn’t tell us until we asked. We ordened food for lunch and it took forever and everything came seperately so while the second person ate the first has already finished and the third hadn’t gotten theirs yet. Bread on the burger was stale but the waiter was nice enough and said he’d change it. Many of the things in the menu weren’t available

Staff is friendly and helpfull, they go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. The place is clean, Loved hearing the howler monkey is the ealy morning close to the hotel.

Place needs a little touch up. looks old. I requested an early check in that I was told it was approved, but when I got there they said they didnt know about it. That booking never billed me for that.

The location was a prefect distance (5 to 7 mins) to the busy life of San Juan Del Sur and very close to the best surfing beaches. The location is very quite and we were able to relax. I especially liked the fact that the resort was monitored by security, as it is off the beaten path. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything asked of them. The property inside and out was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the portion sizes were more then filling. The villas were very unique and spacious especially with the patio area on top of each villa- which made the stay very memorable

Like every other review- the road to get there is terrible and very bumpy. A person definitely can’t go to the resort in a car, unless they are familiar with the roads- bumps and streams. However, this is another thing that makes this location memorable and unique

great pool to cool down a calm town in the mountains, away from the noisy center . You would see stuff that are quite good for a hotel of this size . like the skate park or the voleibol yard . Good place to sleep . Chairs by the pool and mini ranchs are great for having an excellent afternoon. Food is good and beers have a good price . cocktails are more expensive but are made of real fruit.

There is no pool towels . No extra pillows and the ones you have are not comfortable at all . The mattress are new and kind of hard for some people . Stnd rooms are really basic and the tv is smart but did not work at all and there is no cable tv . For the price you pay is good enough . With some exceptions like the missing hotel shampoo , conditioning or cream you normally found on any hotel . Walls are thin enough to hear the bathroom from your room. Water is not drinkable . you have to buy it there and is expensive than beer . Far from the beach

Very cool hotel, unlike any I have been too. They have a skateboard park, waterslide, waterpark, rock climbing wall and a bunch of other activities all blended into the resort. It was a pretty unique experience and not to mention the staff were super friendly and attentive, the landscaping was kept up, food was great and well priced, especially the Pizza, best pizza I have had in Latin America. Overall great stay and I recommend it to everyone!

It has great facilities such as the pool, restaurant, bar and the slide! It is surrounded by nature, we got the chance to see monkeys which was great! Some closer beaches that are better than San juan can be done walking, like between 3-5km. The Taxis are expensive to move around since it's a bit remote. Overall everything was great! Great breakfast!

The pool needs a water change or be cleaned more often. Also the water is pricy.

The facilities allow guests with dogs , the guests leave t their dog without supervision on their owners ... One on the guests dog ate my food (chicken wings )that i ordered for lunch. I complained to the staff , they didnt have the courtesy to remove the charge from my bill, they watched the dog eating my food and the only thing they did was take the empty plate from the table while the dog was still there. It was not acceptable to me that i was trying to enjoy my stay there. This happen on my first day. I stayed at this location for two nights. . Im a dog owner and always supervising my dogs not disturb other people around them. The facilities should not allow dogs without a leash.

The facilities were great..lots of activities available Food was good Howler monkeys close by, but not too close

Menu was limited, not everything was available. When in a Villa, there was no wifi in the bedrooms…mentioned this to staff, but ….

The property was excellent Staff was amazing and catered to everyone, the staff definitely met our needs and other guests at the time. 10 out of 10

Bugs too many ants and spiders it’s not the staffs fault they cleaned the rooms well we saw them doing it but it’s just natural. I will still give it a 10 out of 10

The room and pool were fantastic, the kids especially loved the water slide!

Be advised - you have to cross a river, and drive down a very muddy road before you can reach the hotel. After it had rained we were unable to get our small rental car out, we had to wait for the water level to reduce and the road to dry out enough. Higher clearance vehicles like SUVs etc would be okay.
