The apartment is very spacious with a king sized bed and fully equipped kitchen. It is perfect for long-term stays. It is located on a quiet street in walking distance of polanquito, chapultepec, supermarkets and opposite the German embassy, which was perfect for us.

These are self contained flats, not a hotel and the caretaker takes care of everything. Little details bring this place down- you only get 1 soap, 1 shampoo and 1 loo roll and there was no drinking water available. The pillows are small, lumpy and need replacing. Check-out time is 11am and NOT 12 as is stated by booking.com. There didn't seem to be a cleaning service offered during our stay. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours walking around.

Location was great, a couple of minutes walking from Presidente Masaryk to one side and to Antara to the other, lots of restaurants nearby and the street is actually really peaceful. Bonus if you have an appointment at the German Embassy since it's practically across the street.

The bed was actually pretty uncomfortable since the mattress seems to have lived its productive years already. The website states that the checkout time is at 12:00 but we were told a couple of hours before that we should leave by 11:00 or sooner since they were expecting other guests, which forced us to move our plans last second.

The location is excellent and in walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood late at night. The area is full of different foods, including very good French, Mexican and other restaurant. We traveled mostly on foot but Uber is easy to get around with as well. The apartment itself is clean and spacious, and even though the cleaning lady missed us she left extra toiletry by the door for us to use the next day. It is a quiet place at night, even though it is by a main street.

We lived on the uppermost floor and the toilet seemed to have low water pressure. It took a long time to fill the water tank but it was otherwise functional. The Wifi was not the fastest, but we can't say how fast it was compared to average Mexican city wifi. The front desk lady was very nice, and answered all our questions the first night we arrived, but she doesn't really speak English as described (it was fine; we got by with Google translate and nothing broke except for the questionable toilet).

We paid for an apartment with a street view. Got one at the lower level in the back of the building with absolutely no view. Staff informed us they were booked and no other apartments were available. The bathroom had an unpleasant sewer smell. Aftet staff tried to take care of the issue, it got better.

The location is perfect, safe, nice to walk around, parks nearby, shops, malls, even street food at walking distance. The place it self is spacious and cozy, the kitchen is well equiped, the wifi works "like at home": super strong and stable signal. The owner is avaliable, friendly and kind, so they make your stay as nice as possible. The bed is super big and comfy.

We stayed for a week, and there were only 2 toilette rolls. I asked for more, but we had buy them ourselves in the super market. 2 is all they provide. Not that I mind paying for more rolls: I just would expect that the fee would include "as many as necessary". The sofas, both, were damaged, making them quite uncomfortable for 2 people to sit together. We were out most of the time, but the night we stayed and wanted to watch a movie, the sofa was a killler. The temperature of the water in the shower is very nice, but the amount is super little.

The sofa is a little small and unconfortable, we gave them our laundry (costs 100 mxn or you can do it yourself if you have soap) and our clothes shrinked :(
