The apartment was very clean and spaceful, the staff was kind. The location of the aparthotel is beautiful. Your room gets tidied every day and you are supplied with clean towels that your are not lacking during your stay.

Although the apartment was clean, the equipment (stove, microwave) were a little weary and not working very well. For us it was also unpleasantly surprising that there weren't provided any dish sponges, detergents or rubber kitchen cloths, especially because the stay explicitly informs you, that if you don't clean the kitchen surfaces the cost of cleaning will be charged to you. We also got only two tablets for the dishwasher for two nights, which was not enough considering we didn't have any dish sponges or detergents to clean with and we were six people staying. There are also very few kitchen utensils.

Great location, big rooms, good price, secure bike storage - one of my favorite hotels in the Dolomites.

There are no "do not disturb" signs and the cleaning staff will enter your room every morning when you're asleep, walking around naked, or simply want some privacy. They will also repeat that every 30 minutes to make sure you're definitely not sleeping after 7-8 AM. The amount of noise they make cleaning other rooms is also insane. The Dolomites are extremely beautiful, but the experience would have been so much nicer if we were able to enjoy them fully rested. Please add DND signs to your rooms - it's such a cheap and simple solution that will greatly improve the sleep quality of your guests.

Great skibus service arranged by the hotel to the 3 skilifts 2 minutes away. Well maintained path to return to the house by ski. Very nice sauna room, great showers. Very good ski room although it can get too hot and too crowded at times. The rooms are not as small as they seem on the apartment drawing. Spacious cupboards, you can fit all your staff inside.

It would be nice to have an electric oven in the kitchens. I prefer jacuzzi temperature around 39-40 C, it was a little cold for me.

Perfect location between Corvara and Arraba if you want discover Dolomites, easy driving on well maintain roads. Beautiful place in high attitude with stunning views all around ! And if you hike up just behind the hotel 10 min the view is going to open even more! We absolutely love it and recommended!!! A lot of opportunities for hikes around hotel if you don’t want to drive far. Hotel is really great itself, nice big new equipment rooms, daily cleaning, very friendly and helpfully staff, 2 jacuzzi (to be honest the strongest we ever found!) and 2 saunas…. Do you need more? This place is treasure!

We stayed in September to enjoy the hiking all around .. The property is conveniently located between Corvara and Arabba. The studio has everything so that we could make our own meals. A large deck to enjoy sitting outside. The hot tubs and sauna was also nice after long days of hiking

The bed was sinking a little but I still slept well. There was just a sponge/ dish soap missing to wash one or two dishes if you didn’t need to use the dishwasher

Beautiful quiet location yet close to other mountain towns. Well stocked kitchen, we were able to make a nice dinner with porcini we harvested. Front desk service was great, though with limited hours. A bonus to have restaurants next door.

Beware that there's a cash deposit returned upon check out. Check out time is strictly adhered to, so make arrangements if you need to leave early.

Great combination; an appartment with a kitchen, but with a possibility of breakfast and diner (which is served on a partner hotel, cca 150m aside). Good position for families - not in a village, so it is quiet there (well beside the road, but not noisy) and also it is a relatively high altitude accommodation, so we had plenty of snow around - which is a bit scarce this year.

When I turned off the heating, it got quickly cold in the room - well it is in the alps after all 😀. Probably the insulation could be better? Turning the heating to max solves it easily, but it dries the air in the room.

Great value for the price, it looks like on the photos. The room is slightly smaller, but it was enough for a one-night stay. The view was truly delightful. There is a free wellness included in the price, it’s nothing special, two saunas and two jacuzis, but we expected nothing more for free.

Everything great, but they could have wrote in the message that the reception was up in different hotel, we waited 20min in the reception, nobody was there until some random guests told us the reception is the second hotel.

Very nice apartment with a big bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Wi-fi only worked in the living-room, but it worked OK. Big free private parking outside the hotel and in the underground garage, there was always a place for our car. No problems with hot water or anything else. The staff made our beds every day and took out the rubbish. Quiet place, 10-15 minutes by car to Arabba or Corvara, 30 minutes to Pass Pordoi. We liked everything and would be happy to come here again.

Our apartment was on the groung floor, we had a small veranda, but every evening some guests parked their cars or motorbikes right in front of it, making it uncomfortable to sit on the veranda and enjoy sunsets. Instead we "enjoyed" their headlights through the windows and loud noise of engines. But even this didn't spoil our experience in the Dolomites.

The apt is comfortable, clean, nicely located away from the hustle of the town yet served by bus. Several trails start right there. There are restaurants nearby. Everything was easy.

The bus stops around 5.30 pm and it is a bit too far to walk to the closest town. We were a group of 7 with only one car. So we needed to plan around it. Everything else exceeded our expectations.
