Location, cleanliness, friendly staff at check in and check out, fully equipped apartment with complimentary starter toiletries and washing amenities. Amazing view over the Noosa River, directly opposite the ferry boat station which takes you directly to Hastings St.

Everything was fabulous. The bed was a little hard but that’s just my preference (my partner said it was fine) but otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Absolutely everything about it. The accommodation was 1st class, as was the management team, John & Sue. So warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Wonderful ambassadors for the resort, which was right in the heart of the Noosa River. Our accommodation looked right onto the River from our wonderful patio area. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had a lovely comfy bed. It also had a wonderful pool & spa area. We just LOVED everthing about the Noosa River area. For dinning out I'd recommend Mr Jones & Me. A great restaurant, literally next door to the resort. Off shore Noosa resort is definitely where we'd stay again. Highly recommend it

Nothing, just perfection. We described it as " a little taste of paradise on earth.

Clean and well maintained apartment and grounds. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The laundry facilities in the room were excellent as was the undercover parking. We loved the private outdoor area and how close it was to the restaurants and free Noosa bus stop which enabled us to leave our hire car at the apartment and not worry about parking in Noosa heads.

The location was amazing, and even though we had a ground floor apartment the views were still fantastic

Our apartment 4 shared a wall with a restaurant so there was quite a bit of banging to be heard throughout the day and woke us up in the mornings. At night the noise from the patrons was quite loud until about 9pm. We just kept the doors closed which was fine as it was cool anyway

Very well equipped and good looking apartment, comfortable and clean and great location with lots of restaurant options within 10mins walk. We had a balcony with river view which was great. Car parking undercover and behind a closed gate.

If you arrive on a Saturday (after noon) or a Sunday there is no reception, so if need pool towels then you need to remember to pre-book them.

The resort is lovely and quiet. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool. John and Sue are great hosts. The resort is in a really good location and from our apartment we had a direct line of sight to the river.

Probably the only thing is that because the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment they could be a little warm as the air conditioning didn't flow that well into them from its position over the dining table.

The unit was spacious, beautiful, quiet and spotlessly clean. I very much appreciated the location of the facility in easy reach to everything we needed in the area. The staff were warm and welcoming with clear concise and easy communication at all times. Staff provided seamless transitions to accommodate changes in my initial booking details - adding additional guests at short notice.

I absolutely loved this property. It’s a great location to the shops and river. It’s quiet and Debbie could have not been more attentive and kind which made the stay even more memorable. I couldn’t recommend this property high enough and to definitely book it for your next stay!

If your looking for a great location and property to stay than this place is it! Great management, amazing facilities. The apartment was so clean and it was huge! I loved my stay and can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect- such a beautiful place to stay. Great location, quiet, peaceful, great air conditioner, comfy bed and awesome TV, the outdoor area was excellent too!

The pillows probably could have been a bit fuller- but I guess everyone has different pillow likings! The only other thing was the shower head had a bunch of build up on it, just needed a good clean. Other than that cleanliness was perfect!

The walk in pool, spa and sauna were excellent. The location was perfect for us, overlooking the Noosa River. The garden was beautiful and well kept. Coffee with a view of the river was a short walk from the unit and there was a Fish and Chip shop close by.

The location of the air-conditioner on the wall at the side of the bed meant that cold air was blowing on our faces and necks. Would have been better situated in the lounge room. Stubbed my toes a few times on the raised ledge outside the base of the shower. (The point where two sides meet was close to where you step away from the handbasin.
