From the time you arrive to the time you leave you get looked after by exceptional staff. Nothing is too much. Communication was prompt and everything was as described There is a hotel shuttle into town free of charge. We had a lovely room with sea view. King size comfortable bed, comfortable outside chairs, large bathroom Breakfast was a la carte ( low season) it was fresh and tasty. The breakfast room/restaurant/bar is open air build in traditional style with great views The excess to beach is easy, the grounds well maintained, Thanks to everyone and a special thanks to Truyen who went out of his way to make our stay special

We loved absolutely everything about this property! Do yourself a favour and get the beachfront bungalow. There is nothing better than listening to the sound of the ocean as you fall asleep and walking down the steps from your bungalow onto the sand to the seafood restaurants on the beach. Every afternoon they set up (30 metres away) and you can pick what seafood you want to eat. If you want relaxation, this is the place to go! It’s right next to Bai Xep beach and the fishing village. The cabanas by the pool, and the pool area was wonderful. You must try the coconut smoothie and mango smoothie from the beach bar! The staff were amazing - so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. You can’t walk into Quy Nohn city from the resort - you need to take a taxi or the resort has a shuttle once a day. We came mainly for relaxation so that didn’t bother us. We hired a car and driver for a day through the resort and went to Ong Nui temple, Ky Co beach, Twin Towers and Eo Gio - highly recommend - the luxury van was so comfortable! And a really safe driver. It was hard for us to leave this wonderful place! Hope to come back.

Loved everything.

We loved our beachfront bungalow right on Bai Xep Beach, with stairs directly to the sand. Beautiful room with canopy bed & a huge gorgeous bathroom. Very quiet while we were there. The resort pool was way too hot to swim in however we love the ocean which was so refreshing on the hot days so didn’t care about the pool. Didn’t see anyone in the pool for that reason I’m guessing? Free kayaks were fun! Had the beach to ourselves except when the lovely local families came early and again in the afternoon. We only ate at the resort for the included buffet breakfast. One staff member stood out amongst the rest, his name is Le Thanh Hang and he had a constant beautiful smile & was so helpful. The rest of the staff didn’t seem very happy. Loved the seafood beach restaurants that popped up just off to the left of the resort one night where we picked our fresh seafood and sat with literally our toes in the water from the lapping waves & a lovely restaurant on the point called the Haven. We would definitely return here for the beautiful location and amazing beachfront bungalow!

Great location - away from the city centre and nestled in a quiet bay, it’s the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Prices at the hotel are reasonable, the pool bar and restaurant serve decent food and have a good range of drinks. The beach is really quiet during the day and there are lots of water sports available at a reasonable price. The staff were super helpful and spoke good English. They delivered drinks to the room on request and were always quick to help.

Some evenings it was quite noisy with karaoke from the beach. But it didn’t go on too late and wasn’t very disruptive.

A perfect location right on the beach, sympathetically built so that you could hardly see it in the trees. We had a beach front bungalow which was gorgeous, huge and super clean. We enjoyed swimming straight from our room and ate at the fish food restaurants. We enjoyed the fact that this felt off the beaten track for a lot of foreign tourists, so mainly Vietnamese families.

The beach was noisy at night with a lot of singing from the local restaurant. Not the fault of the hotel, but worth bearing in mind if you book a beachfront bungalow. The pool was beautiful but quite hot, but we wanted to swim in the sea anyway so that didn’t matter.

Everything! An amazing destination that is so beautiful. The staff are the best we have come across. Special mentions: Trinh the Manager - Just a really good bloke who works very hard. Always trying to make sure that you are happy and content. Truyen the Chef - A very nice gentleman who is very attenuative to your needs and nothing is a problem. Amazing at his job and can turn his hand to anything. I rate this Chef as 'Top Notch" Hieu - Waitress. A lovely lady with the best smile. Very freindly and always making sure that you as the guest is always happy and content. Manh - Allrounder. A top fella who's main concern is that you are happy. I can't talk this place up enough, it was simply one of the best we have ever stayed at. A place we would highly recommend for couples and the best place for a break after busy Ho Chi Minh. We miss Casa Marina very much...

That we had to leave.

We stayed in Lotus View room on the first flour in the garden and near the pond with lotuses. Everythere was green, palms and flowers..... like in Paridise. Bai Xep beach is pictures. Beatiful stones on the beach, plenty of islands and isles, deep waters of Ocean... Everything was unreal as in sleep. Only few people on the brach, Fishing village is next to Casa Marina Resort, so no ptoblems with food and drinks. Every night the left side of the beach turns to seafood restorant. We are really very happy for staing there.

Nothing

Calm atmosphere located right on the beach. Plenty of food choices and an abundance of breakfast foods. Free shuttle to town. A positive is that they always had at least one English speaking person on reception to help.

Rooms were not particularly clean. Floor dusty, bed cover ripped and toilet base had a leak. Required some upkeep and maintenance to bring it back up to its former glory. Property also close to the main road so lots of honking.

Great location. We had a bungalow on the sea front, quite literally, on the beach. Beautiful outlook, spacious and excellent air conditioning. Staff were so helpful throughout our trip and met every request with a smile. Good breakfast, and dinner in restaurant was tasty. The location, on the beach, is the key selling point. It does appear that during the next few years, there will be major development in the area so we would suggest visiting now whilst Bai Xep still has its rustic, sleepy charm.

The gym is dated and tired and perhaps not worthy of the title ‘gym’. However, was not a priority for our trip.

The staff were excellent, even though their English was pretty basic. The room is large and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfasts are excellent. It's easy to rent a scooter to explore the vicinities.

The hotel restaurant is okay for dinner, but you can also go to the hotel on the other side of the beach, down to the beach, where seafood is served in the evenings, or to the tiny town next to the hotel.
