Marc with a C took his job very seriously here. One of the best customer service agents I have ever met. He gave me a 100% on all my requests. The modern style hotel was very close to the train station and the Rhine River. The room was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Brilliant location in the centre of a pretty little town. Car park was easy once you obtained the access card from reception with lift up to Reception and all floors. A short walk to the river with choice of several good restaurants. Breakfast was typical cold cheese and meat with nice bread from bakery next door and fresh fruit etc.. Small sitting area in Reception for Breakfast and no actual bar but all types of drinks available. Very helpful staff. There was a sauna on the top floor but only open 5-9 pm.

This is a great hotel. Clean. Central location. Staff is very friendly. If the front desk is closed they make sure you can access the room key from outside hotel. Very quiet. Get to breakfast early!

The only this I was disappointed with this stay (and I've stayed 3 times total) was the breakfast went so fast I didn't get to have any of the hot food. It was all gone. Get to breakfast early.

lovely welcome as we were very tired after a days cycling. fabulous clean room and very comfortable. we enjoyed drinks on the terrace, i had a lovely local white wine which was very enjoyable. the breakfast also was superb with a superb selection of fresh fruits, yoghurts and continental breakfast. it was all delicious before setting off for the day on our bikes. Which incidentally were locked up in a very secure room. Would definitely like to stay again.

The breakfast area was lovely. Verry good, fresh coffee. A good choice of continental breakfast, with a few hot options such as eggs and bacon. Lovely fruit salad and fresh bread form the bakery next door.

Literally nothing. The hotel, staff, location and atmosphere are all brilliant.

Fantastic staff, serviceminded and easy to get a hold off at all times. Never have i had a single issue that was not instantly resolved. Simply outstanding :)

SUPER nitpicky stuff only. Door to my room was difficult to close completely (first time i have had this issue, other rooms has not had this issue) The sink in my room also had some issues, again never had this issue there before, just bad luck. I am sure it will be fixed by now. And none of it were actually a problem.

Spacious room and comfortable bedding. Breakfast is served on time and staff are friendly and most helpful.

Great location for the hospital where I was having major surgery.Perfect to walk along the Rhine and have drinks / dinner Extremely clean and inviting, very comfortable and fantastic friendly staff. Only thing lacking I’d say would be tea/coffee making facilities in room and still water.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet looked small but turned out to offer plenty of choices.

The frainage in the shower was blocked so we needed to change rooms.
