The Internet shared images don't give real impression on the property, the view, staff, facilities, everything is an outstanding.. i don't think that i will think twice to stay at jumeirah living in my next visit to Dubai.

I wouldn't say i didn't like it, but it could be considered as room for improvement and its in 2 points - Bed mattress it should be changed after consulting an expert. - Toilet needs to have a frequent quality control check since there was some handles needed to be fixed or changed. One small thing on the buffet.. the food is very great but it would be lovely if the is more variety to choose but the food quality and the way its cooked am sure that there is a well experienced chef behind the scene so thanks to him and all kitchen staff 👏

The receptionist team (Hussein and Kailin) provided excellent service. We were given complimentary room upgrade and early check in (although we went straight to Wild Wadi after leaving our luggage in our room). You will get free Wild Wadi entrance tickets for your group if you stay here. Definitely a must to stay here if you plan to visit Wild Wadi. The rooms are very spacious (Our unit has two floors: living, dining, kitchen on first floor and all bed rooms on second floor). We also received complimentary welcome snacks in the form of dates, chocolates bars, and pringles, thank you ! During our trip in UAE, we stayed at: DoubleTree Hilton, Movenpick, Avani, Atlantis and I can easily tell you that this accommodation is the best in term of value for money and service.

The lightnings in the corridor outside of rooms were very dim. It made the environment feel a little bit spooky at night. It would be nice if it was brighter.

- Children playground was nice and maintain - The staff are very friendly and helpfull - Location in Dubai isn't an issue really. No matter what hotel you take you will still rent a car or take a taxi to see different attractions - Complimentary water bottles really helped us facing the heat outside.

- Breakfast was disappointing - The room had a musty smell

. Staff ( receptionist, valet, restaurant, security, room service) they were very professional, super nice & cooperative. - reception, entrance , floors & and lobby vibes are good - I like the elevators very much it was super fast - I like that we can control the AC & the lighting During check out, we noticed" an adjacent supermarket," but we did not visit it , I think if it is a real supermarket, this will also be a bonus for the place

Needs improvement regarding: 1- bedside socket for USB, C3 + the normal 3 head/ 2 head socket. 2- setting furniture needs to be updated. 3- Having hunged soap in the kitchen ," similar to the one in toilets 4- presence of curtains in setting room 5- to use a smaller size bed mattress, especially in a room with tight space 6- breakfast place is small but cozy , not much varieties but delicious food ( sometimes preparing & bringing eggs takes longer time than usual!!) 7- The hand washing basin was very high allocated ( I think it is not the standard height!!!) 8- busy place , traffic outside the property

I really appreciated the hospitality of the staff. They were attentive, polite, and made the stay feel welcoming and comfortable.

The entrance to the facility was inconvenient due to ongoing construction and maintenance, which made accessing the building feel awkward. Additionally, the setup for communicating with the reception staff felt intrusive. The phone in the apartment had a speaker system, and at one point, the reception started speaking to us unexpectedly without prior notice. It felt like our privacy was not fully respected, as I had no control over the phone and no way to prevent such interruptions. This could definitely be improved to provide guests with more control and a greater sense of privacy.

The room is spacious and clean, comfortable beddings, complete toiletries . Breakfast is very good, the ambiance is amazing beside the pool and overlooking the beautiful skyscrapers of Sheik Zayed road.

We spent our Christmas in this hotel. The location is far from the Metro station, difficult to find a taxi if you are a tourist with family. My check in experience was very bad. The male arabic receptionist was unfriendly and rude. The asian female who asked me if `i am a jumeirah one member, I said yes i am then asked for my membership no. while `i was searching for my membership no, the male receptionist insisted that I am not a member, seems that he didnt believe me and suspicious of me. He even scrutinized my credit card as if i have presented them a fake credit card. I told them I am a jumeirah one member and i even have an advance 2 nights booking in Jumeirah Emirates Tower to spend the New Year.

The apartment is ideal for long stay in Dubai . Duplex comes with two levels , the lower is the bedroom with its amazing jacuzzi bath the real jewel of the appartement …and the upper floor with living area and kitchen. with all amenities and specially the washing machine. It’s comfortable, clean ,homy and spacious. ,all services from coffee and tea serviced and replaced daily. The internet is reliable and fast . All the staff are professional, always welcoming and helping .my special thanks to Mr Badr and Milad who had done their best to make my stay comfortable. .

TV Channels are very limited for a long stay serviced apartment , may be additional channels specially movies and even payed ones can be added . I wish I got a high floor for my long stay, city and Burj Khalifa view will be more stunning from higher level.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide array of options; the hospitality was the best that I have ever experienced. I know its specific but the duvets were so comfy that I've tried to buy the same type at home as well but I don't know what brand and stuffing type was used (seriously, I need some clarification here). Once again, the staff were amazing and so friendly, particularly the manager of the club cafe; the ac in the rooms was quiet; high quality toiletries were provided; there were some complementary items in the bathroom such as a sewing kit, loofah, comb and more. Also my son's 9th birthday was two days before we checked in, and not only did several staff members say happy birthday to him, but they also gave us a complementary chocolate cake which made his day!

The only- and I mean only- "complaint" I have is that the apartment felt too big. This sounds foolish but the rooms felt like they had a lot of space and that maybe if they had been decorated a little differently it could've been much cosier. Furthermore in the living room the ceiling was very high to the extent that a whole room might have fit in that space and our voices echoed. This is a small gripe as the facilities were beyond exceptional.

the property vey clean and quite. the stuff are so amazing and friendly. breakfast menu well organized and liked by kids. Restrount stuff is very nice and specially Anoma which she has very remarkable smile and welcoming. overall I recommend for safe family stay and my family like to come again. thanks

My favorite part about Jumeirah Living is the staff. Upon entering, everyone from security to valet to the room service was accommodating. I would like to commend Kiara from reception for being so kind and friendly to assist us in our stay. The room we had was very spacious and was sufficient for the group. The facilities, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms are outstanding and complete. The jacuzzi was a good experience. We had no complaints on neighbors or noise. I was celebrating my birthday and the hotel had delivered for me a complimentary cake. And even upon checkout, I was given a complimentary scented candle and a note for future stay. These were all really kind gestures. I would definitely recommend this hotel and book again in the future, as this was easily one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have had as a resident in Dubai.
