The hotel is one of the best options that is very convenient for a family. Rooms are neat and elegant. Room service very helpful and respectful. Underground parking very practical. Reception staff very helpful and respectful. Location in unique as its just infront of rashid mall and in the center of al khobar. The price is even unbeatable for the amount of benefits recieved. Really recommend.. thank you

The receptionist was very professional and checkin process was quick. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy. Location was in front of biggest mall in khobar. Extended checkout time on request. Had a pleasant stay with family.
Just a few basic add ons required like basic cutlery in the kitchen and cooking pot. Iron, dental kits. I think with few tweaks and little expenditures, they can drastically improve guest experience without increasing fares.

The hotel is in best location just beside Al Rashid Mall. There is no issue of parking and the hotel is best for its price.. i stayed there for 3 days with family & i will prefer to stay again due to the facilities and location.

Me and my wife are so impressed Your hotel super nice and very neat and clean everything was amazing , I hope one day I will visit again your hotel . And your staff very good services specially the filipino very politely when I was ask him ..recieptonist as well.

The location is at the heart of city, with Rashid Mall at 1 minute & mosque at 3-min walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and hotel has sufficient parking space.

Fact that morning of my check out, someone blocked my vehicle out the parking lot and owner untraceable which wasted whole lot of hour figuring out how to move out. 😭😭😭

The breakfast was very good. My room was also quiet and comfortable. The staff was very nice. It was also clean, and they have different facilities.
The location of the hotel is bad. You need a car for every movement. It is also far from the beach, which is the best place in Ajman.
