Very comfortable room. Great shower. Exceptionally clean.

When the hotel is not full, why were we given a room on the 28th floor directly beneath the SKY lounge which was VERY VERY loud. The music was booming out of this bar until the early hours and was extremely intrusive. Why, why, why does the volume have to be up so loud? We are not deaf! We visited the SKY lounge and it was so loud we had to leave. Also, when the hotel is not full, why is someone allocated the room directly next to ours so the smoke from their balcony came over to ours? Allocate rooms with some common sense.

It was wonderful, even better than we expected! Our room was upgraded to a suite, which was a great surprise. The best thing was the heated adult’s pool in wintertime! Breathtaking seaview from the balcony, spacious, modern & quiet room, very cozy bed. Delicious breakfast, huge selection. Very friendly staff, especially the young guy at reception.

The small blue night tables next to the bed should be tightened, they were loose and wobbly, but that’s not a big deal.

Perfect location with parking. We had a beautiful suite on the 14th floor with uninterrupted sea views & large sunny balcony. Lots of nice touches in the room, slippers, robes & toiletries etc.. The staff were really helpful & friendly too... We had breakfast included in our stay & there was everything you could possibly want .... Amazing place & would 100% recommend & definitely stay here again.

Cant think of anything & only wish we could have stayed longer.

I was given a room on a high floor with stunning views over Calpe' seaside. The facilities and the security are excellent. Rooms are well insulated. One cannot hear neighbours' noises.

The ratio bed size to room size could be better. The room design is convenient for short stay but could be problematic for long stays as there is little space to store items.

The view is terrific, hotel is new, modern, clean. The pools are great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The water in the pools is freezing, very cold, especially for the kids. Of course this time of the year it's probably ok, but if something can be done, it should be done. The other thing is just a hint: the hotel has web-app where one may found hotel info, room service, spa etc.( QR codes are everywhere in the hotel), but as far as I understood it is not fully functional. At least when I made an order for the room service via this app, they didn't see it until I asked about the state of my order on the hotel reception. BTW I still have this order as "pending" in the app :)

I had breakfast out. The coffee machine wouldn’t work for me & didn’t get sorted while I was there even though I had told them. I got a kettle instead but had to pay €20 deposit which was unusual

The location of the hotel was perfect for everything Calpe has to offer . The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was well presented, a massive variety and fresh , every day there was a change in options

Due to wind by the pool there were no parasols available, so not much shade

Absolutely first class on all levels . The staff were very professional, polite, helpful & cheerful taking pride in their work. Really can not fault the hotel. Definitely coming back

Nothing I can think of Car park charges are something that could be included if you are staying.

The hotel facilities are exceptional. The breakfast buffet is among the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel and I’ve been around the world quite a bit so what you have is an amazing hotel great staff, incredible facilities and amazing buffet.

breakfast was very good. We were given a suite on the 28th floor for an unknown reason. So we had plenty space and good views. Fortunately the lifts worked. We didn't have cooking facilities which would have gone well with the suite.
