The bed was very comfortable, nice lighting in the room which is important for me. Hotel is clean and has a really nice inner courtyard cafe / restaurant. Door locks feel solid and secure, good plug socket locations, good water pressure and water is hot, staff are very friendly and helpful; Ha especially was very helpful whenever I had a query. Also close to the beach but in a quiet location - another review mentioned an alley and yes it’s down a side street but not far down, and the area is very safe in my opinion. The advantage of this is it’s I’m a central location but also fairly well insulated from traffic noise. Aircon also works well; as another review said it’s well run and everything you expect to work does, no problems at all.

Sometimes one can hear noise from other rooms but not often and not a big problem. Traffic noise was a non-issue given the location.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and at home. They were by far the friendliest staff we met during our time in Vietnam -- always warm, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic. The daily cleaning service was impeccable. The internet was also stable throughout our stay, which was a big plus for us. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. We initially planned a shorter stay but ended up extending for several more days because we loved it. Special thanks to Quinn and Micasa. Quinn was very helpful every time we needed assistance and even went above and beyond to help us secure an appartement after our original booking ended, making the extension seamless and stress-free. Their exceptional service truly stood out and made our stay great. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is also located very close to the beach and very easy to get to the Dragon Bridge too. I took a Grap there but walked back (about 20-30 mins walk) All the girls at the reception were lovely and very helpful. The dining area was very beautiful too, exactly like they are showing on the photos (NB: you will need to pre-order your breakfast the day before)

One thing I didn't like is that I had ginger tea for breakfast and when I requested for another one (it came in a tiny cup) they wanted me to pay. I think they could afford to pour some free hot water in my cup but apart from that, everything else was great!

The rooms are spacious and very clean with great decor. Pergola Hotel has delightful design, especially in its café. They serve delicious traditional cuisine for breakfast, making mornings special. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience! The Pergola Hotel not only offers a warm and cozy stay but also provides transportation services and organizes tour packages for families. These services made our trip convenient and enjoyable, adding to the wonderful experience! We were also lucky enough to join their weekly workshop and cooking class. It was a fun and memorable experience, allowing us to learn more about local culture and cuisine during our stay! Great location with convenient shops, supermarket, restaurants and spa around. 300m from the beach and just a few minutes from the centre of Da Nang city! All in all a fantastic experience and would totally recommend to anyone who is looking for an amazing value for money!!

The price was very good for the value offered. The location is very near the beach, just under 5 minutes of walking. Even though the hotel is in an alley, the alley is not small. the taxi can drive in and out easily. The room is clean, the breakfast is nice, and the coffee is decent. The hotel let you leave your luggage at the hotel even if your check-in time hasn't come yet. they also provide bike rental with good price. The most wonderful thing here are the staffs, they are helpful and supportive, especially Quinn, she was super cheerful and kind.

A nice. just average Hotel in a good location, though a strong value for the price. I had the large Apt with a living room and refridgerator though a bit on the old side. Surprisingly the shower had no shower curtain though it had the hooks for it. After 3 complaints, they finally added the shower curtain. And the breakfast in the connecting restaurant, also just average. Besides the Vietnamese options, they had just 1 western/international option of fried eggs with some greens, a bread and coffee. So for 6 days, I had the same breakfast over and over again. It would be more optimal to have a few international breakfast options.

No shower curtain at first. Only 1 international breakfast option. And they need a real coffee pot in the Apartment, I would prefer not to make instant coffee in the morning. And best to rent a motorbike at a real rental place as I did, they had only 1 old motorbike to rent.

Pergola Hotel is very well situated in a silent side street, shops and restaurants you can quickly reach and also for walking to the large beach with its nice atmosphere it will take only some minutes. Room and also bed are comfortable. About breakfast I cannot say something, during my stay in March there was not, breakfast will begin in April. Especially I like to mention the very friendly and very helpful staff at the reception. I had problems with flying back home, so in a wonderful way they made so many efforts to support me. So on my next travel in Vietnam I like much to stay at Pergola Hotel again.

There was a lift, the staff was always at the reception and they spoke english well. The size of our room was comfortable, so was the bed. The bathroom facilities worked as they should.

Upon arrival we were given a room without a window, even though we paid for the room with a window. They tried to persuade us that our room was already booked and that they had no available rooms with windows left. They also denied our request for a refund but after some arguing they gave us a nice room with a window. It was a bit crammed and some od the towels were stained (but clean, they were not actually dirty).

We really enjoyed our stay here, the stand out point was the staff ! Ha was the most kind staff member we have met on our trip, her English was perfect and she even managed to check us in slightly early after we were tired from a long journey. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It’s just around the corner from shops and cafes and you can always get a grab bike instantly if you want to go anywhere else.

The air con didn’t make the room cold enough, it was a reasonably comfortable temperature, the only reason we didn’t rate it a 10
