Friendly, helpful, honest staff. I left my iPad in my room and only noticed 3 days later when I was flying home. I got in touch - they had tried to call me, they told me how to arrange delivery, I followed their instructions and I had my iPad back in three days - great service 24 hour reception - our flight kept getting moved later and later, then we were rebooked on another flight, we were happy we could check in anytime The room was a bit more expensive than some in the same area, but I liked to look of it, so I booked - it was very clean and well equipped (for a hotel room). It was a very comfortable stay - checkout was 11am - most other places we stayed on that trip were 10am - the extra hour made a difference after the day before's delays

The location was great and the shuttle service to and from the airport was exactly what we needed. Being next to a main thoroughfare, our road facing room was surprisingly quiet. There are a lot of food places close-by to this property so that is convenient. There is a microwave in the room which was great and the morning breakfast was not fancy but got the job done. The service was exceptional, and the property delivers on what it promises. No complaints from us.

I'm struggling to find a dislike, I guess the pricing is a bit high but all hotels in this area is pretty crazy. I would imagine if we had missed the shuttle bus to the airport, it would have been inconvenient as it is around an hour per bus, but I am not too clear about that.

1- 24/7 free tea, coffee, and juice bar. 2- The quality of the hotel was better that what I expected at this price for San Francisco. 3- The breakfast was nice. 4- Very friendly staff. 5- Free parking.

1- The door of the room cancels zero noise from outside. You could hear anyone breathing outside in the corridor. 2- The area felt sketchy at night, although nothing happened. 3- Although they kept the hotel very clean and upgraded, you can still notice that it's an old hotel. But I'll give them bonus points for maintaining a high quality out of such an old building.

This was quite a nice (though very short) stay.. the room was modern and very spacious, everything in like-new condition and working well, very clean and well presented. The staffs were very professional, efficient and organized so everything worked smoothly. The inbound shuttle (from the airport) was a bit of a bummer as it runs just once per hour and on this evening was quite late as well (Uber would have been $30+).. the outbound shuttle (to the airport) in the morning was perfect, on time and very smooth. There didn’t seem to be much in the neighborhood around the hotel, though I arrived quite late and so maybe didn’t have the best perspective. I was quite happy to find a noodle shop nearby for a late dinner (open till 3am on weekends) otherwise there weren’t any other local food options (the walk from/to the hotel seemed safe). Overall, a very good experience and I would easily recommend to others

The place felt clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The hotel had everything we needed. Our room was quiet and there was little light that came through the curtains when they are closed. We had a good night's rest. The breakfast was good. I was happily surprised to see they served frozen omelettes and pancakes, I thought there would just be toast and cereal. 24hr drink station was an excellent surprise.

We missed the last shuttle at 11:30pm and had to take a Lyft. I wish I could see the shuttle information easier and earlier on emails and when booking.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, and it felt like the staff was very willing to enhance guest satisfaction. Although the breakfast options were not many, it was still quite good overall.

Sometimes, other guests in the hotel's rooms can make noise that disrupts sleep around 11 pm, such as the sound of water pipes turning on for showering, similar sounds to running, and even snoring. Occasionally, rooms facing the street may be disturbed by noise from outside vehicles. If you prefer a quiet environment, you can communicate with the hotel staff ahead of time.

Free shuttle bus from SFO Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. The room and hotel areas are clean. I was skeptical about the cleanliness because I am very sensitive with dust and chemicals, but I was wrong. Bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows Bathroom provided with generous toiletry. And water pressure is very strong. There is a microwave to heat up food, coffee maker with coffee and tea, and a good-sized refrigerator to store food. Staff are attentive. I would stay at this hotel again if I have a trip or a night layover in SFO.

There was just an ok breakfast with limited selections. The room is not soundproof. One might be waken up by a late night new check-in or an early morning check out neighbors

I only stayed a night as a stopover as it was near the airport. I was picked up by their shuttle bus so that gave me reassurance and no need to find my way there. Check in was great and the staff was helpful and provided me all the info I needed Room was spacious and clean, had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker that can also dispense hot water (easy to use too) Bathroom was clean with no mould or a feeling of dampness Car parking was free Breakfast was provided too which was included in the booking, which was great as we had a long drive ahead of us so kept us going. I arrived late and didn't want to go out as it was dark and there was nothing about. They did provide two eateries that I can order from but they were a bit pricey. Thankfully, they do sell snacks and drinks downstairs you can purchase so I bought a pot noodle and drinks which did the job as I had eaten on the plane anyway.

This is very minor really but the shuttle bus was over half an hour late to what was quoted in the info I was given, but when the shuttle did arrive, the driver was helpful and matter of fact. Helped me with my luggage onto the bus and into the hotel too. I would suggest to anyone if the shuttle is late, there is a phone you can use in the shelter and all the hotels name is listed. Give them a call. I didn't as I kept thinking, 5 more mins.... 5 more mins.... :)

Clean, friendly, comfortable

I was disappointed that there was no shuttle from airport to hotel between 1105 and 1505. Booking.com listing said free shuttle with no mention of its not being available midday. I had a 1120 arrival, having to use a taxi added another $50 to my cost for an airport hotel.. Also was charged $15 for early checkin which seemed wrong to me since there was a clean room available at noon. I believe other hotels allow early checkin with no extra charge, if a room is available.

Location to the airport was easy and fast. Shuttle runs on time, courteous and helpful. Checking in was fast and easy, facility was clean. One of the better free breakfasts we've had. The stay and park deal was convenient for our trip.

I did notice a significant discount on the hotel pricing for our returning overnight stay but I didn't notice until after I was charged. I'm not a fan of pricing changes due to market demand leaving some paying more than needed.
